Again went to register for the last 15000pts with insurance card and bank account, City Hall staff helped to fill up my registration and unable to proceed to due error!! He is unable to determine where the error is?

If you already got 5,000 points in the year 2020 or 2021, you cannot avail anymore this year 2022. You can only get 5,000 points one time.

5,000 yen is part of the 20,000 yen. you need to apply for each 3 process to receive points. your kids can apply too.
