There was some really good picks on here! Cornerstone is one of the best low budget videos ever. Probably cost 20 bucks to make if that. And Bob Dylan's video was actually the first music video ever made, accidentally. It's not really what he was going for, but he sure started it.
Though OK GO's video is the definite number one, even if they're not anywhere near the other two artists in my book. It was just so clever and gave their band a second breath that has kept going.

It actually had a pretty high budget so it wouldn't qualify. They were supposed to shoot a much more elaborate video but saw the guy in the video dancing in between takes and decided to roll with that instead.

Some of these can't even be that low budget unless they had free help. Button To Button may not have used digital effects but surely those actual multiple drumkits and amps must have cost quite a bit. And that daylights video can't have been that cheap. There's definitely some prop and set work going on there..and that shower would have destroyed that keyboard..

All of Birdtalker's videos could go on this list. They're an indie band with not much budget but they make great videos! Especially for their song "Autodomesticated Animal" where they asked fans to send in footage of themselves singing and dancing along to the song.
