Thank you for watching!
Brilliant!!! This is the best DIY Misti I’ve seen so far & I ❤the story behind it even more!!! You’re an Awesome big sis!!! Thanks for sharing.
I love the pink, too.
Those little hands are just so sweet!
Jerim, Out of all the DIY's I have seen for the stamping tool, yours is the best. Your instructions are spot on and easy to follow. I love the use of the LEGOS. I think that there must be at least 150 pounds of them around here. I loved that you allowed your little girl to join you.
One question, What is the thickness of the acrylic you used? Where did you get it? OOOPS, sorry that was 2 questions! haha
I am in the USA, in Utah.
What a clever DIY. I'm SURE you couldn't have done it without your little helper. So freaking sweet, I wanted to keep watching just to watch those adorable little fingers get all inky. Creativity in bloom.
This is genius. I will have to give it a try. We have SOOOO many lego blocks. TFS
I've seen a lot of "make your own misti" you tube DIY, most of which are annoying. Yours is SO cute, and very well done! Thank you.
I love the music as well. I will make the pink one, it's adorable!
Great idea Jerim. And what a cute way to end the video ❤
so lovely to see your little girls input! x
Fantastic Jerim, love the children taking part xx
have a Cuttlebug All-in-one that I don’t use too often. It already looks somewhat like a stamp positioner. It can be used for that!
How original! Brilliant! Love the pink one.
What a fantastic idea Jerim! And love the cute assistant too! xx
Nice video. Love the "helper" hands....
A great idea, and loved the little one's input, lol!
I love it! And the little hands!
Oh my gosh this is the easiest tutorial on how to make one so far that I've watched.....love the pink Lego one. Now to find the clear hinges...the plastic pieces I have already. TFS
PS.....loved the little helper at the end....such fun!
Wonderful!
Great project. Adorable helper!
Very clever, I love the pink!
I enjoyed this video more than any I've seen recently. In addition to a great savings in making the pseudo-misti, the music is lovely, your hands are refreshingly well groomed, and the "uninvited guest" is absolutely delightful! Looking forward to seeing her cardmaking career take off!. Thank you so much! PS - I'm a USA new fan; have subscribed and am looking forward to more videos.
great idea. Thanks
Such a great idea and a great use of Lego :) loved the little one helping out and the bye bye so cute xx
Awesome !!!
Awesome 💕👍
Love this thanks!! And guest was adorable
Fantastic Jerim xxxxx
This is so beautiful
That's so clever......love it...TFS
Good on you!!! Thanks for the idea.
Love your project and your visitor! I have made a stamping tool as well but am trying to perfect it :)
This is great! 👍
Genius. Thank you for sharing 💕
Wow, great idea!!!! Hugs, Candy
Wonderful idea. You have me thinking about logo's now. Are the hinges a lego product as well? Sweet visitor. New subbie:)
God Bless
Cathy
Hi Jerim
Loved the video and using Legos is a brilliant idea !!! My boy (who is 17 yrs old now) has literally thousands I can play with.
Where did you get the plastic hinges? I would love to try your version. Wish I had a tiny helper such as you have....maybe
I can get my 17 yr old to be my helper!!! Thanks for the video!!!
trop mignonnes ces petites mains !
Very clever!!!
My lego brain loves this!!!
great idea using lego. Just a wee daft question but how many lego pieces did you use for the frame
Now I know what to do with all the Legos I step on and throw away cause they hurt the feet. Thanks, will try it! Rule in the house, if I step on it, it gets thrown away (most of the time) ☺
Love the song! What is it called and who sings it? Thank you for the video. Your daughter is adorable!
very clever.......I love the Misti but in Australia it is over $100 and I would not use one enough to pay that much.....might try making one of these :)
***** I don't stamp a lot so it would suit me, but I watched a video about a certain photo frame you can get from Ikea that is almost like an A4 size Misti but no measurement marks etc made from wood with hard plastic front for $6.99 so I got one and it's amazing ! I would love a real Misti and it is such a great invention but it's just too expensive to get in Australia especially as our dollar is not going too well :( have a nice day
love your video. what's the thickness for the Plexiglass did you use? thx
I love your demo and I just threw away some Lego, ha what waste, never mind. Thank you & little hands, so cute.
I love this idea. Just unclear on the items you used in your layers.
Great idea!! what stamp cleaner are you using? it looks like it cleans very well.
❤
Love your idea!! where did you get the hinges?? and what size are they??
Hi there love the idea!! TFS! What is the size of the hinge? Do you have a link where you got them from?
I'm slow I guess - couldn't figure out what you were using to glue the pieces together- looked like a rod??
what do you call the thing that makes acrylic flip?
nice! I would like to purchase one pls !
I liked your tutorial, but your head kept blocking the view while you glued the hinges..
Do you have a written tut anywhere with measurements and a materials list?
Great job! I'm glad you're in the UK. If you lived in the US you know who would sue the pants off of you. It's what she does 😕
Help so confused. I ordered my clear hinges and glue. But not sure about grid paper or clear plastic. Is the grid paper glued on. I need to know what you used so I can have alll the supplies. Thank you for the video.
Thank you I went on Amazon and after an hour of searching and putting in different wording I found some grid paper well clear plastic under quilting supplies.

Hope when it gets here it is what I am thinking. Thanks again for writing back and for the great video.
Oh I found the lego blocks on Ebay in bright awesome colors.
This is a great idea! Can I ask what did you use for the base?
Thank you very much! So you need 2 acrylic sheets of the same size for this project then. I am thinking of making an A4 size one as I think A5 maybe a bit too small for me. Thank you again! Going to buy all the material now. ^_^
+Jerim Dickins (WillowPiggy) Yes, I've seen that video before. Now looking at it again, it seems a lot easier to change to the size you require. But where did you get such a big lego board? The one my daughter has is square and not as long as a A4.
Ha! Sorry just notice it is from Wilko and I guess it works with the original Lego brand bricks too! I have to rethink. It might save me gluing all those Lego bricks together. My daughter might not be very happy if I steal her bricks and glue them together! Ha ha!
was wurde alles verwndt
cute idea but I could do without the vocal music
Slow down please hard to keep up with what you are doing, would like to learn.
you can slow down the speed of any video by going to the settings button - wheel button on lower right
I have to say that if I owned the company that makes the original Misti I would sue you for stealing my idea. It doesn't seem ethical to use another person's idea for you own.
+Mary Kay Really? That works only if she makes them to sell them. Besides there are over 20 other videos making them in different ways using the same idea. There is also a company that sells the same exact product as the supposedly original for cheaper and they are really making the exact replica just in a different color. And you decide to come to this video to comment negatively? You need to go find something better to do with your time!
I suggest you research Patent Laws sunshine. This version has multiple differences and would NOT violate her so called Patent that she keeps threatening folks with.
+Jerim Dickins (WillowPiggy) Jerim also says clearly in this comment section that she owns a Misti which her opinion is better if you are going to stamp frequently. I honestly could not afford to buy a Misti so there is no harm in making a simpler version for myself. Also people have been using empty CD/DVDs cases for years as stamp positioners so although the Misti is an original product the idea is an improvement on an existing idea.
