He has no self control and is a very emotional person. Men are meant to be leaders because they are supposed to have more calm and resistance. Women are more emotional and prone to acting out irrationally in a tense situation. A truly level headed man would probably attack the rapist and try to knock him out or apprehend him if possible, not beat him to a pulp. Even if he gets away the son knows his name and where he lives so he can't hide from the police. People who do these things may have mental problems or have been abused by parents or family or something, you can't kill them, let them do time for the crime and get help. For all you know the rapists father could be a rapist too or worst yet a drug dealer and when he finds out what lengths you went to near annihilate his son, imagine what he'll do to you if he gets his hands on you.
"The father won't face charges because he was legally protecting a member of his family" Thank God, that's at least one person the system hasn't failed!
No, the son was not protecting the criminal. The son was protecting his own dad from going to jail. That is one tough kid. I hope he would heal and becomes a man just like his father.
I think that, and the son is a good boy. He’s kind, and no matter what, good people don’t want to see other people die. People do horrible things, and I usually don’t see victims wish death upon their attackers. I know that that started this boy on his path to healing, because a huge part of emotional healing is forgiveness. To forgive isn’t to say that it’s okay, but just to release the burden of anger. I hope that he makes it through this trauma, and I think that the son was protecting both of them. What an amazing person...
You have no way of knowing that it was to keep him dad out of jail, it was probably because he didn't want to see someone get killed no matter what they did to him
@Sakura Cherry What kind of masculinity is it to rape a kid? Part of being a man is defending yourself and others. You are less of a man if you do not defend those weaker than you. Do not let them fool you.
@@hinamatsuro1908 The boy seduced him. He was parading around in front of him with nothing but tighty whiteys, saying, hey big boy, catch me if ya can! LOL
In France, father and molester would have been thrown into jail for about 3 years each (5 years condemnation, usually paroled after 3 years). I know the exact practice of all French courts via long experience. The fact that the molester was quasi a minor (18 yo plus a few days) at the time of the near murder-beating could have triggered even more leniency and made the condemnation lighter than 5 years, depending on his attitude in front of the judge. Then a forced and close follow-up, by psy specialists may have completely replaced his jail time.

Even if he gets away the son knows his name and where he lives so he can't hide from the police. People who do these things may have mental problems or have been abused by parents or family or something, you can't kill them, let them do time for the crime and get help.

In California, the father would have been thrown in prison for life. The rapist would have been let go.
no he would not have
In France, father and molester would have been thrown into jail for about 3 years each (5 years condemnation, usually paroled after 3 years).
