I am so sorry for my lateness on this comment but I recommend Duluth, lawrenceville, Brookhaven, Roswell, dunwoody, and Alpharetta. Or if you don’t mind being far from downtown maybe McDonough, Jonesboro. ❤️

Hey do another video from July on 4 or 5 Apt communities with names and prices. And do brand new ones then include malls etc for people who don't live in the area because you see to be in it and know it well. Your video is realy great and useful

I would definitely say the reviews. People are usually really honest on the google reviews. Also, to go tour not only the apartment but the surrounding stores/location as well. If you’d like I can do a video on it😊thanks for watching

There are plenty of real estate agent and leasing agent channels that you can go make your way over to. You are NOT the target demographic!
