I've been looking for a tutorial for this for months now, ever since I started watching Drawholic videos... I'm so glad I finally found one, and it's a great one too! Thank you for the tutorial :) One question though: does this technique work if the colored pencil was blended with odorless mineral spirit?

It does, but not nearly as well, especially if you’ve blended very dark colours multiple times. I’d use a different method, such as indenting, to get white lines if you’re using a solvent

Amy you have got to try the Pen Cutter with Ceramic Blade!
