Donny was always going to be the most well-adjusted though. Interests that stay relevant even after his body started to fail him, and good balance of discipline and levity. Probably an engineer or designer of some sort. Leo probably doing OK too, but Mikey and Raph have personalities that don’t fly by the time you’re in your mid-late 20s, and stop being in any way appealing way before that
Donnie was always the most level headed of the turtles. Not to mention his prowess with machines would make him a highly valuable employee at a tech company or an engineering firm. Leo would come in second, his leadership skills and stick-to-it-ivness could translate well to emergency response or law enforcement, maybe even the military. Raph is a walking temper tantrum who, without help, would fall into a lot of toxic habits, especially with a threat like Shredder gone. I don’t see him being anything except maybe a professional fighter or a soldier, worst case scenario he falls into the drug game and becomes a gangster, but I don’t think he’d fall quite that hard. Still, that turtle needs therapy. Mikey is a tough call, he could either mature and make something of himself, or refuse to change and keep trying to be a teenager his whole life. If he matures I could see him in the entertainment business as a comedian, party planner, maybe a producer. If not, he probably ends up working a long series of dead end jobs at gas stations or retail stores.
Late reply but it looks like he was there for her as she grew up. It’s sad, but it’s part of western culture to see kids fend for themselves eventually. From how she spoke to him, Donnie raised her to be honest, considerate, and respectful. He did an excellent job raising her.
The way the animators captured the pain in Leonardo's face when he tweaked his back while picking up the laundry basket was so well done. Even I felt it! LOL

I think it's because a majority of viewers (myself included) wouldn't know what a CPAP machine is until looking it up on Wikipedia, but by the time the segment would be over, we'd have forgotten what it was we were going to Wiki, thanks to our middle-aged brains.
