Would you get a diesel if you hardly drive on the motorway? I hear there are more things to go wrong, people also say you just need to blast it on the motorway once a week but that also costs money and time. Thanks.
I quite liked this upbeat video and it is clearly a pretty good car. Maybe it is just me but it seems to be a bit over-styled (in an ostentatious way) ……. in what is now a very crowded market.
@@motorpoint mate. I’m just kidding great vids, I’m not just saying this to make you feel better, but this channel is seriously making me think about buy my next car from MP. Keep it up
Have you seen German car designs since 2020? Why would you buy a German car? BMW's are challenging to look at from the outside. Mercs have a hyundai/kia look. Audi's are okay, but slightly fussy in many elements and also suffer slightly oversized grills. Both Mercs and BM's have a cheap Tes-la type tablet running thru. They are extremely disappointing from the inside. If you have a pre-2020 German car keep it for life. Otherwise buy something else. Sorry can't buy any Jaguar's anymore post July 2024 apart from F-Pace. They have decided to commit sui#ide. So yes buy an over priced rip off Range Rover.
The range rover, jag, rolls, were invented in Britain and made all British, now all cars are globally even the overrated German cars. I. E volkswagen as of late. Money leads. Inventions and echivements come second. Such a shame
It may have parts now build by Indians, like many cars globally, but it was built in Britain and made from Britain, has was the jaguar, roll Royce, we should never have sold to the world, but today that's business. What car did the Indian invent? We invented the Internet, TV, cars, phone, and etc. The range rover was born and made in Britain.
Its owned by Tata only because massive scale globalisation in Britain allowed all companies in Britain to be owned by everyone else from outside Britain. Tata hasn't done too badly with the Land Rover brand, but they haven't done enough for the Jaguar brand. Instead they are sacrificing it in the name of Net Zero. Lets see if common sense prevails in the end.
Thats what i own 2020 Range Rover,i love it 33K miles best car i ever had runs brand new very happy with it
I'd love to see running cost / reliability "chapter" in vour videos. The rest is really nice! :)
Thanks Filip! We're looking into tweaking our format this year, so will bear that in mind :) - Tim

Excellent review, terrible jeans, but I guess I’m not here for trousers
Hey they’re my brand-new ones! They’ll appear in a few more videos, I’m afraid. But I’ll certainly feel self conscious about them now 😂 - Tim

Reliability reports, servicing costs and repair times are shocking, such a shame.
Looks awfully cramped - great review delivery though
Thanks Nathaniel, appreciate the kind comment - Tim

Thank you very much, Motorpoint, for confirming that the c*ntvertible version is dead.
I shall sleep a little more easily knowing that 🤓
