My left hip is in a bad way, hardly any internal rotation. These exercises look very interesting. I have just tried them and I can work with them, they really make sense. Thank you also for offering your free 3 day training.

Whenever I squat, my left knee caves in towards the right one. So, I'm guessing that I'd want to work on hip external rotation (and probably hip abduction)?
Doesn't pelvis position also affect this?
