Dude I love how you still have the poster for Ghost Protocol-- the IMAX scene in Burj Khalifa was my first time experience in IMAX and seeing Tom do that was epic... but time for you to get new Mission Impossible Final Reckoning poster because they're doing many scenes in IMAX more than Fallout and it'd be a Legacy for you if you love the IMAX & MIs
Loved this new setup and congrats on first international trip. Wish you do more. Watched this video on TV with family. All loved it. I think the way you edited the video on music, added few laughters, made this video a very high quality stuff. Of course, like always I felt there could have been bit more pictures and videos of inside. I am surprised that despite of such a big screen, single laser was able to not look dim. This cinema is what PCX Hyderabad could have been. But PCX did right, they have more freedom now and have a better setup. You didn’t talk about the seats, I guess. Were they more premium than Prasads and PVR? Overall, superb video. 🎉
Thanks so much for the support as always bro! ❤️ Seats were okay, cushioning was like PCX’s new seats slightly softer material but not as good as PVR’s seats. Noted on the footage part. I thought I recorded a lot but while editing it felt less, will shoot more now! Thanks again bro
Watching your explanation about projections n films in details is so fascinating. I’m now excited about the joker: folio a deux fans premier at IMAX here in USA
Hi KD! I was just wondering what's the status on the Closed IMAX series is. We are eagerly waiting for the next part, and I've heard that Ghaziabad once had an Imax in the Pacific Mall, can you please tell us a bit about that one? Thanks, loving you videos❤
that means there is no direct 15/70mm projection available in asia (except Gujarat science city)? May i know which countries have imax 70mm? I heard BFI London has it. Any other?
Hope India receives Original new IMAX's(1.43:1 format, 70mm frame, 24perf quality, 18k resolution, quad laser or dual laser, Imax Latest sound system, back in metro cities in India
PCX doesn’t get IMAX 1.90 content And while other IMAXes do, they’re not as big This Bangkok IMAX is as big as PCX screen and gets the IMAX exclusive 1.90 content
@KDCloudy pcx doesnt play 1.90 or will it not get the prints in that format? I think the second. The bangkok imax i think it has 1.43 but the prints it get will be 1.90. So blackbars appears
@@KDCloudy so are you saying this screen is 1.43:1 but the film you watched does not have that aspect ratio or for any movie you will get black bars?? If for any film you are getting black bars why to watch the film there..
Hello KD. In my opinion PVR INOX are worst movie chains in our country who dont know how to run a cinema chain business. People want best of technology experience at cinemas. Rather they give us Kiddles, LUXE, Playhouse, 4DX, ICE formats one one asked for. We dont want f*cking premium luxury seats, seizure inducing 4DX tech or children centric auditoriums. We need you to invest on more PXL Screens, an actual 70mm IMAX Laser Audi, Dolby Vision. Spend on technology which we need not the ones we didnt ask for. Are you listening PVR?!
I love the PXL @ Orion Mall, Bangalore. Top Gun Maverick was so gr8 watching in it. Also watched Avatar 2 & I had the best 3D experience. PXL in Pune sucks.
@@ajsuraj Ive expereinced PXL@Goregaon Mumbai and was blown how good the technology and experience was for me. If possible i choose to go there rather than at IMAX as i save on tickets prices and get best movie watching expereince closer to IMAX. Sad that there are just 2 of them in Mumbai.
Greetings from a rather sunny England right now KD. That cinema looks beautiful. Lobby areas like that aren't common and I can't think of any over here any longer but there are probably one or two hiding away somewhere. Unfortunately, cinema is in terminal decline here but that's probably a worldwide phenomenon - or certainly a western world phenomenon. It was lovely to see this cinema. I didn't bother going to see Alien Romulus as I couldn't get to London at the time. The BFI IMAX currently have one of the 15/70 blow-up prints of the Joker sequel so I may be able to get up to that sometime soon but I don't get the impression the film has been a huge success. What a shame the Bangkok IMAX didn't get the 15/70 GT projector repaired. None of the IMAX video projections come close but saving money seems to be the only thing current cinema chains can think of to try to stay in business. I have a different idea in that regard but whether or not I'll be able to ever get the word out there remains to be seen. John.
Thanks for your thoughtful comments as always! Several of my friends who’ve gone to the UK for studying are following my advice and catching Interstellar/Joker in 15/70! While they loved the experience they agreed that the cinemas were a little more subdued and realised that flashy lobbies are mostly an Asian thing. I do wish Bangkok retained its 1570 projector. Would’ve been lovely Take care!
@@KDCloudy in Minecraft but the videogame is paid and also the replica is not actually a working IMAX since no computers could emulate that but it was worth replicating it, in 1:1 scale!

The main difference between PCX and Krungsri IMAX lies in the seating layout. Krungsri IMAX features a walkway in the middle, while PCX has continuous seating without a central walkway. Both have similar screen sizes, but PCX offers a larger seating capacity, accommodating over 600 people. And Of-course the projection system😂

That award goes to Mall of India, India.
