Yumm. Usually i cant eat at the morning but get irritated when my blood sugar is low. So for me raw fruit is a favourite. Although Ayurveda advises that i favour cooked over raw.... But i really like the idea of keeping those vitamins instead of cooking them away. Thank you. your energy inspires me a lot!! ❤

Omg thats too much for the morning i think it will keep me full for all day but fantastic dishes im so onto eating this i will defiantly keep these as my daily intake in the morning. Because i never eat breakfast but was told its the most important part of a meal. I luv the apples idea and i will eat them for definite because i hate apples and im told to eat them and this is a good way to consume them for me to help me eat them i did try yoir tumeric porridge with chia seed and almond milk it was yummy. Have to say...I tried the chai spiced oats cooked with oat milk, one chopped date, mashed banana and all the chai spices except cardamom (didn't have that) and topped with sliced banana, pumpkin seeds, shredded hazelnuts and bluberries. Best oatmeal I have ever tasted!
