Wow, I just found your channel…5 days too late, but I found it. I am childless “not by choice”. I lost my one and only son to cancer. He was 25, autistic and my best friend. The sweetest young man you could have ever met. Even after three and a half years, I still battle with the grief. For Thanksgiving I slept in then pan seared sugar snap peas and had that with rotisserie chicken. Not exactly a thanksgiving feast but it was good. Seriously not looking forward to another Christmas without my boy. I almost fear it.

Thank you. I spent Thanksgiving alone too and hadn't acknowledged the pain it brings me. Today, on my way back from yoga, I saw families playing in the park and just thought, wow, it would be great to be included in a family. My parents have passed and I'm far away from my sister. I'm 36, single and childless not by choice, and I'm glad you're putting a voice out there for all of us. It's easy to feel like you're the only one going through this.
