What do they refuel with the boom? Nothing on that continent
They're part of NATO so they should be able to work with every NATO aircraft, also there's the F-35A
Surprised that they use RR engines instead of GE on their tankers
why? The RR engine is by far the most popular choice for the A330 and that's for a reason.
@@MrSchwabentier AF uses GE on their 330’s. Thought that they would use them as well for economy of scale
@@jimmywan87But AF and the French Air Force are not interlinked in any way. So there is no economy of scale there
@@MrSchwabentier if I remember correctly QF and RAAF have some sort of agreement whereby QF help maintain their tankers whereby QF also used the GE engines
@@jimmywan87in smaller Air Forces that often is the case, especially for government VIP planes. But the French Air Force to my knowledge doesn't do that

Agaçant à quel point les français se sentent obligés de se la jouer à l'américaine : tics de langage, postures physique, mode des effets personnels façon U.S (fringues estampillés "NYPD" ou "SWAT", masques tête de mort comme dans les jeux vidéos US etc).
Que je sache, l'armée de l'air française est française et l'appareil ainsi que le personnel proviennent d'une b.a française alors pourquoi ne pas parler en français?
Quand les médias français font un reportage au sein d'une armée où l'anglais est la langue officielle, tout se déroule en anglais, les protagonistes ne font pas l'effort de s'exprimer en français alors pourquoi ferait-on l'effort de parler en anglais quand ils viennent chez nous?

@@Boeing777FR C'est super malin comme commentaire ça, si ils s'entrainent pas en Anglais, vous croyez qu'ils font comment dans des situations réelles avec leur alliés de l'Otan ? ça parle en langage des signes ? Réfléchissez un minimum a vos phrases, l'Anglais est l'usage universel et il est temps que vous vous fassiez à cette idée.
L anglais est la langue officielle de l aéronautique..si ça te convient pas..va regarder des vidéos de bal musette..

@@cosmojairzinho14 totalement faux. Il y a 6 langues officielles: l’anglais, le français, l’espagnol, le chinois, le russe et enfin l’arabe. On parle de l’armée FRANÇAISE.
