Performing formation with a fighter is way difficult than it looks. At one point we can notice Eurofighter typhoon flying at higher AOA than rest.
Fighters are more maneuverable so its hard to keep it stable

The A400M got turboprops because they need shorter runways than jets do. Also they can ascend and descend at much steeper angles than jets can.

@@thomasdanielsen9941 Nope, won't work. The passenger deck are needed for structural integrity and could not carry something like the C5 can. Only application could be parcel boxes and potentially refueling. And I don't think we need a C5 galaxy right now. Obviously we could need something like the Globemaster, maybe 10% bigger.
Not grumbling but its not alot of military aircraft when one is a A330 varient . Only the A400M and Eurofighter are built with the pure demands of Airforces. Wonder if Airbus has caught up with the A400M order backlog considering there is little demand for its consumer planes to be delivered on time and the military is waiting for every A400M.
