- I do not encourage anyone to enter culverts, unclog anything, or enter flooded areas as it can easily become deadly without the proper training
I unclog drains for fun in my spare time (I have been trained in culvert inspections for years with private co.) and I am osha trained.
Exploring anything abandoned can be dangerous or deadly without experience. I don't encourage anyone to enter any abandoned structures. Not only is safety a concern, but often times its illegal, and when possible I seek out permission from the owner or local police. I simply go to document its history before it's gone forever and I leave things the way I find them. I only take pictures and only leave footprints. I assume all the risks and responsibility before doing this. Please don't attempt to do this on your own. There could be nails, asbestos, falling concrete, soft floors, animals, or other hazards. Thanks for watching.

The 10 cent coupon is after 1963, it has a zip code with the address. Prior to 1963 zone codes were used.
I see that now. The big one literally has nineteen forty on it, though
The picture from back of coupon is a picture from the 60's also a giveaway
Awesome!
Watch all your videos with my 90 year old Mom, probably your oldest fan! She laughed at your awesome burp here! Mom will be 91 on November 6th, she has Alzheimer’s and I take care of her 🎶
That's beautiful man
You're an amazing son!! She's blessed to have you!!
Thank You Sir 🎶
Thanks my friend 🎶
Bless you And your mom!
"Even bad coffee is better than no coffee at all."
-David Lynch
Yeah, I'm not so sure about that. Lol
I would rather drink burnt coffee then stale old coffee 😂
sounds legit to me, it's on the internet!
We had a large coffee machine at our old school and the coffee tasted like something from the sewer, they probably needed to clean or do some adjustments to the machine but nobody used it and that coffee was NOT better than no coffee. All classes got their own coffee makers instead of using the large one in the cafeteria.
I'm a big time coffee drinker and I think I'm offended but, I'm not sure what about...
Looking up "butter nut coffee vintage" gives an image of the sample-sized can; its date is given as 1970
hes a weirdoe
You’re definitely the best UA-camr out there. 👏
Your hair and facial hair reminds me of 1967 Ringo. I love it
"Pumpkins gone!" I actually LOL'd 😆
Protect the coffee from light.
In case anyone is wondering, Coca-Cola owned Butter-Nut Coffee from 1964 to 1989.
I think the company would find it so interesting to see one of the vintage coupons and might appreciate it more the a clerk in the store. But I wouldn't mail it to the address on the coupon, Google the Coca-Cola food distribution center in Texas, or give them a call first.
Your t-shirt is awesome! Blue light special aisle 3! 😂
I love this shirt as well. It’s amazing.
Maybe he wore it at Walmart while getting the coffee maker. @@AnotherTruth
I think only the Grocer can mail it in and redeem it. I would try to use the coupon at a store though lol
That's nothing in today's money. That manager would have to be a real a hole to not take it
According to wikipedia Coca Cola bought butternut in 1964
Post, the coupon is probably worth $50 as Coca-Cola memorabilia, don't send it in for 10c!
OK maybe $10
Man! i have been missing your vlogs.Welcome back ❤
Id keep the cupon just because it's old and worth more then the 10 cents,
You look good with all that hair, D!
Correct me if I am wrong but I believe that coffee was ground for the good old fashoned percolator type makers before the electric "ADC" type makers (automatic drip coffee makers like Mr. Coffee).
It still works,, make a 👍 🎉great ☕️ ☕️ coffee
It says "drip grind," which means it's for drip machines.
There's nothing like coffee made in a good, old fashioned percolator!
Use ice water and taste the magic!
There was a fish in the percolator
This is simply top teir youtube content. Other "content creators" need to be taking notes. 👍
Hi, so I saw it had a zip code of 52732. So I checked and the USPS introduced zip codes in 1963 so I think that is from the 1960's at its oldest. Love your videos !!!
The small one not the old one
@@NewEnglandWildlifeAndMore Yes, I was referring to the small can.
A few random comments:
1) you are probably “wired for sound” after drinking all that coffee ☕️
2) I didn’t know there was a pumpkin spice eggnog. Might see if I can get any here.
3) your wall sign in the toilet area were interesting.
4) I bet the company would get a good laugh if you mailed in that coupon. The cost of the stamp would be 10 times at least. Maybe they’ll be generous and give you some modern coupons in return?
If they are still being sold in stores, see if you can take it to a store and buy it with the coupon.
Edit: If you don’t normally drink coffee and have just drank the equivalent of something like 12 8-oz cups of coffee, you’re going to be bouncing off the walls for most of the evening/night! 👀
I would try the coupon at a grocery store customer service counter first.
The burps just make it better LOL
Where did you get that Dr. Now mug? Your mug collection is great lol
Temu
Most of my mugs are from the side of the road in boxes of free stuff. Nobody ever wants to buy them at yard sales
@@NewEnglandWildlifeAndMoreWhat is Temu 😂
😂
The Dr Now mug is hysterical 🤣
Can’t wait for some camping videos. Anything planned?
So fun! Love this channel! Looking forward to seeing all your old food and drink treasures and adventures
You're better off sending it to coca cola, or calling a customer rep. Would hate for them to toss/lose it if you mail it in.
Bro. You can’t be chugging coffee 😂😂
Coca-Cola sold off Butter-Nut brand in 1988. Proctor and Gamble owns it under the Folgers brand now. They purchased it in 1989
My mouth is watering. I LOVE coffee. I'm ordering a can of that to try. I see Coca Cola had the Butternut brand. I'll look into that. DId you fall asleep by the fire? Thanks. This was fun.☕☕🥰
Whats since i have an addiction to coffee and my strength would dissolve your mixing spoon as well as your gold fillings. Other people also told me they cant drink it they have to eat it
I can't make a cup of coffee.
I go to the diner for coffee.
I missed videos like this!
Lmao you can tell how hyper he is at the end😂
the coupon says 'store coupon' on the top.
The coupon from the sample can has a zip code after the address, so that would make it after 1963. The woman's clothes and hair on the back of the coupon look to be early to mid 70s.
I'm all jacked up on antique coffee!!! Lol, it's good to know that coffee will last a long time, because when the zombies come, I'm definitely gonna need it.
Post 10 will be up all night
Disappointed you didn’t eat the coupon 😢 I kept yelling at the screen for you to eat it but you never did 😢
i learned that lesson, always wear gloves when spraying spray foam. that stuff sucks to get off your hands. As someone from maine. idk if ive ever seen butternut coffee in a store up here. I wonder if its a southern thing like dukes mayo
Butter nut ☕️ ☕️ is Great.. great coffee. Me great grandparents and on. Love ❤️ 😍 it
So glad that the old food videos are back for the month! Thank you, Post. 👍
You gotta mail that coupon to the company and see if they'll honor it! Definitely see where Butternut is located now and send it there.
Not much of a coffee drinker. Too bitter for me. I need to put milk in to make it taste better. It's probably healthier than sugar energy drinks, but its just not for me.
I think you can try using it at a store to see if they'll take it.
The only thing is .10€ isn't saving you that much these days.
*Most stores won't take a coupon without a barcode*
Walmart has that coffee
We had some crazy winds yesterday here in Ohio. Also I love coffee and tea
Finishing up My Morning Coffee, right now!! ;-)
That old coupon is cool Post! I would try to redeem it at a grocery store!
THE most dramatic water pour into a drip machine😎
yay!!! he's back
23:05 OMG! my aunt gifted us that battery charged mug 😮
Kmart is still a thing here in Australia. So that shirt fits in nicely.
You should get the new version and taste test it in a later video
I wonder if you can drink all that coffee 😂
watching while brewing my own ☕️
Made from Pumpkin?
That coffee was made/ground back before drip coffee makers were a thing. Drip coffee makers use a finer grind than what was in those cans, so a coffee percolator would have been the type of maker used back in the day. (Coffee made with a percolator smells awesome when it’s being made! )
I love my electric percolator!!
@@bartrobinson2103 I love my glass Pyrex percolator. The taste of percolated coffee is different from drip coffee, but sometime it’s just what I want.
@MichelleUS66 Absolutely I agree!!

I have the same problem materials I use.
It Does come out the hair that will
Or any part of the body.
Take about two days for me to get cleaned up properly.
I'm sure I use can be any color.
Except brown no one orders brown.
I never knew Butter-Nut Coffee existed until now. Quite surprised it held up for many decades. I might have to purchase some online and let my dad try it. He loves hot coffee and tea. Not sure if he has heard of Butter-Nut either.
It's Great COFFEE🎉🎉🎉 TRY IT
I'm going to look for it online
Nice video. The coupon is from January 1971 by the number on the coupon. J71-BNI. (Butter Nut Industries or Incorporated). The picture with the woman looks like a 70's picture
Procter & Gamble owned Butter-Nut Coffee after acquiring it in 1989. The brand became a part of the Folgers Coffee brand. In June 2020, Folgers discontinued all production and mention of the Butternut brand.
☕ Looks like the Coca-Cola Company sold Butter-Nut in 1988.
the coupon looks very late 60s early 70s (based on the model drinking)
That coupon had a J71on it. January 1971? The lady in the picture looks like she could be wearing clothes from that era. I was 17 in 1971, so I think that era looks right. I wouldn't try mailing it because the cash value is 1/20th of a cent. Very cool though. Thanks for this video.
About the coupon… you don’t mail it in. See at the bottom where it says “Take this Coupon to Your Grocer” Your job is to take coupon to the grocery and use it like any other coupon at check out. The grocery store’s job is to take 10 cents off your purchase, and the grocery store then sends the coupon to the address listed in Iowa to be reimbursed the 10 cents they took off your purchase. Your grocery store may not accept the coupon if that Iowa addy is no longer valid, or they may be able to find a valid address.
I wasnt expecting Coca-Cola to be involved in this.
Sending love from Colorado. Grow your hair out, shape your goatee a bit and you'd make a great Buffalo Bill impersonator.
The Company has an interesting history and changed hands multiple times. It went through Caca Colas food division then traded hands a couple more times and ended up under Folgers. They stopped producing it in 2020 but i guess someone is still producing the original Butternut coffee. I am older and really don't remember that brand coffee. In my family Maxwell house and Duncan Donuts and the old Mr Donut coffees were popular. Then in the eighties folgers became popular.
Frame the coupon!
PS As a kid in the 80s my mom would take me with her shopping at the Kmart at the Conway NH mall. Your shirt brought back memories! 😊
Not a coffee drinker but I loved this video (beard looking good NEW ENGLAND 👍
If I worked at the store I'd give you the 10 cents just to have a vintage coupon. Maybe ask if they will adjust it for inflation!
Skippy Dale (UA-camr) emailed, I believe the Coca Cola company about an old coupon and got hella free stuff
Another reason to love the winter months, I get to see more of these types of videos from this channel. Always both interesting and entertaining. Pumpkins gone! Brilliant.
Don’t use that coupon, frame it. It’s such a unique item and great addition to a collection. I like framing labels and anything paper
Thanks Post! 👊🏻👍🏻 Appreciate you always my friend🙏🏻
Really enjoyed this video!! Great content Post. Thank you!🐾☕️
I’d mail the coupon to the nearest main center. They’d probably get a huge kick out of it and send you more coupons.
🎃🎃
Have we been in hibernation?😂 looks like you just rolled out from hibernation
I got a weird Pavlovian response to this video. I swear I could smell coffee at about the 2 minute mark !
The price of coffee is going up and up. I wish I could store a few years' worth. Coffee was made in percolators back then.
What's your using usually works with a percolator not an automatic coffee maker
If you don't run a vinegar wash through that pot you are asking for a disgusting pot of coffee.
Frame the vintage coupon and display it.
100% try to contact the butter nut company and say you have a coupon and see if you they will honor it.
awesome video very interesting i never thought coffee would hold up so well
That was a lot of coffee to only make 8 cups 😂 no save the coupon
😂
Is he drinking 80 year coffee all alone 9 cups in a row?
Would you like some coffee with your eggnog?
YOU’RE BACK
On this channel at least
The coupon looked like it was from the 60s
28:39 “ that is *(my shower drain noise)* awesome!”
I'm pretty sure j71 code means 1971 especially by the styles on the back I'm pretty sure this can was from 1971
I don't know about the small can, but that old one is definitely eighty years old. It says 1940 on it
@@NewEnglandWildlifeAndMore Yes sorry I did not define that I meant the small can with the coupon. The big can is definitely older sorry for not defining that..
Also I'm a huge Kmart collector I need to send you an updated Kmart shirt for the hell of it lol I will have to look up your PO box and send you one out
Burping and Farting so much.
I like the 10-cent coupon I would keep it!
I found that interesting, too. Like, how have they not changed the label in over 111 years. It's that old now. 2024.
It's really great ☕️ ☕️ ☕️ ☕️ 🎉🎉🎉
@IronMike-f8i haven't tried it but if I run into it I'll check it out
sup with dog coin dangg wish i had more.
You are just the cutest thing ever
