Fabulous! Thanks, Sarah. I would never have thought to use that for patchwork. Pity I'm not making a quilt right now - just hope I can remember for next time.
Thanks for the videos. I guess this makes good sense for people who use the start and stop button to sew and people who reverse stitch on every patch, but otherwise, it seems to me the foot pedal makes this unnecessary. the machine feature that is more useful for this sort of thing to me is the auto lift/lower presser foot function, which is way better than a knee lift or lifting the lever behind the presser foot and lets me get that next unit in place and chain stitching away quick and easy. I guess it all depends on your sewing style and personal preference. Happy sewing!
Ohhhh! Now I understand why my machine says it has a “patchwork” option! I just purchased one of these machines and couldn’t for the life of me figure out what that meant. 😂
Thank you Sarah. Perfect and necessary. Hope the Epic 2 does this too.
This is very interesting - I will be giving this a try on my Pfaff!
This is sooooo cool!

Awesome - am starting a new large quilt in the new year :) Looking forward to trying this. Merry Christmas
Our lives so much easier!❤🎉

That's the best part! It's so easy!
Can this be done on a Topaz 50?
This is great...do you have a PDF I could download?
Can this be done on a Bernina 880 plus?
I don't think the Bernina 880 plus has the option for more than 9 "repeats". This is a newer feature found on the Bernina 790 PRO and the Bernina 990.
