Not only is it a great case study and important crisis management plan but it's also important for idols to understand how the company works in order to be able to protect their groups and contracts. If you don't find any of these listed things important then simply don't watch the content.

Okay, so I just listened Taeha's "Satellite" and I honestly really liked it. The music gave me chills and the lyrics were quiet touching for me personally. Overall a very vibe-y and calm song. You should check it out if thats sounds like your cup of tea. It would be great if she does like live performance video in the future.
I had suspicions that companies staged music tracks stops to display vocal ability. Ive been wary of this ever since the back track for ONEUS stopped during their debut concert. People would not stop talking about how amazing they sounded... and of course they did. Seemed strange though

Let's be clear MH did not win. The judge decided that the contract between MH and Hybe preceded Hybe shareholders rights to file a dismissal of MH. Hybe could have paid a fine and gotten rid of her, which means they take a financial hit but with all the evidence they have against her and keeping her on board, she has little to no power and holds the position in name only. I think that they are gonna let her dig her own grave just a little bit deeper. That said, when the criminal court case against her comes up it is not going to go the way she wants it to and when that happens Hybe then has the right to come back in and fire her. It's clear from the evidence that her intentions are not good and the people who care about New Jeans (parents, managers, etc....) would do well to tell the girls to stay out of it. Digging themselves into the drama will only hurt them in the long run.

She's a snake. She knows she needs Hybe's money, so now she wants to remain. Even though mere days ago it was so toxic and awful, now she's all smiles. SNAKE. She'll get what's coming to her. If I were Hybe, I'd buy her out of her remaining contract and cut her loose. But the case that Hybe will win is about to start, so it's not over. She just gets to stay while this case proceeds. But she won't have any control, hybe has gotten rid of her snakey team.
The court didn't say it was not true they said it wasn't enough evidence. Their statement said it was a betrayal on her part, but they need more evidence. I read it in another article, yes there was proof that she did a lot of shady things behind HYBE's back, but not enough to remover her yet, the yet is what reaffirms she did do some of the things she is accused of. She wants to reconcile because she knows HYBE won't trust her anymore, and she lost 2 of her right hand guys. One of the guys was they one who allegedly organized a lot of what MJH is accused of doing.
The only thing she won in the court hearing is that they have to wait until the police investigation is completed, and then they can go back to court to reinstate having the shareholders' meeting to remove her. But for the time being, she can stay as CEO and continue to be in charge of NJ's. So it's not over yet. She still has e defimation lawsuit's pending against her from Pledis, Source,and Be-Lift Lab for her dragging other groups into the battle.
To say Illit is a victim is to also say New Jeans is as well. This all revolves around the corporate need for lots of money. There will be no “winner” in this fight so honestly they either have to work in their respective companies or they will bring both groups down with them. As talented as the girls are, it’s a shame that the companies egos get in the way and ruin their successes. But one thing is for sure, this won’t end prettily.
HYBE can't fire her, but they can take away the power they gave her. She wouldn't have the same freedom she used to and all her minions have been fired. NJ will turn out to be narcissists like her if she continues to be their mentor. NJ already showed sign of it never acknowledging the company that provides their resources and money. Taeha's Satellite is so so good! It's got such a nostagic sound and sweet lyrics, perfect for a refreshing night drive. I love city pop songs, so Satellite and Dive in Love are right up my alley. When BerryGood was active I was a huge fan of their's. It's great to hear Taeha's voice again, plus she's got the perfect voice for this genre! I'd love to hear her sing Satellite live if possible, but otherwise I'm excited to see her career blossom
I just watched the "Satellite" MV and I must say that I am very impressed! First of all I really like the song! To me it gives off a calm vibe which makes me like the song even more. I think it is the perfect song for a late night, but I feel like it's also great in other situations! I can imagine myself just chilling in the sun with a cold drink and satellite playing in the background! It is just a great song for many situations! The thing that really got me was the MV! It is so simple and that's what I like about it! To me it feels like they were outside and just said "Oh, this place looks great, let's shoot a scene here!" and they just did it! And that is exactly what I mean. It feels like something that was made with so much love that you can feel it through the screen! The MV itself also gives off an insanely nice vibe which just feels comfortable. Taeha's voice is the BIG cherry on top. She has such a beautiful voice, the song fits her perfectly! It really left a great impression on me! What I am looking forward to the most is the overall vibe! I just fell in love with it. I mentioned it before, and I hope it stays like this. Omg Taeha! I listened to satellite and it instantly went to my playlist. I love the chorus so much the lyrics paired with the vocals touched my heart so much. When I watched the music video I loved the gray color of the atmosphere it feels very dreamlike. Also the outfit is so cute!

All MHJ has won is the ability to remain a powerless figurehead while the more important case proceeds to trial. They removed her cronies and have placed Hybe employees in their stead, removing any chance she had of making any decisions or moves. Once Hybe wins this upcoming case, she's gone. And frankly, she's the vast majority of the reason people think Hybe is so toxic, so her coming out all smiles saying she wants nothing but to work together with them is showing that all she's ever cared about is her money. Honestly all this HYBE vs MHJ stuff just continues to make me shake my head. I must say, MHJ statement about "wanting to work together" is the first sensible thing she's said. My guess because either A) she thinks shes "won" or B) she realizes this will likely not end well for her and is trying to backtrack. That whole NMIXX thing is just wild and silly. If their goal was to showcase vocals or "prove" they don't lip sync (things I've seen said in comments) there are better ways to do it.

Not really screwing them over, was just a publicity stunt. Can be taken many ways, like throwing shade at certain groups for their horrible live singing. Overall from what ive seen was positive and reassures ppl that nmixx can truely sing. In the release from squ4d I think they said they did it to debunk the lip sync allegations groups get, which would make sense. The only problem with that reasoning is nmixx never had a lip sync issue so it just becomes silly to do. But at end of the day no harm no foul, any publicity is good publicity, pick your cliché lol
I think it is a bit unfair to not acknowledge issues that occurred before the annoucement of Jin's event. There was a mass campaign to bully and harass BTS (it was all over ALL online platforms, including Weverse) and then plans to disrupt Jin's event because the end result of the campaign was ignored. This behavior is unfair and something should have been done to prevent an event for fans being ruined by those with malicious intentions. I hope measures are being taken to ensure the nature of this event remains what it should be. That is what is fair for Jin and BTS fans who wish them well. Artist should be left alone.

If you know LOONA, it's [x x]-level good, please check it out. What happened was that after the performance BAE went to bubble to tell fans how shocked and unexpected the incident was. And later the PR team of that university festival posted that the incident was staged and was agreed by SQU4D, so people naturally taught since SQU4D knew about it, then the members will also probably know about it too. So they started accusing BAE of lying. So the company had to step up and explain what happened, that it was staged without the members knowledge. But people still don’t want to believe that. So they were trying to protect their artist.

Let's be clear MH did not win. The judge decided that the contract between MH and Hybe preceded Hybe shareholders rights to file a dismissal of MH. Hybe could have paid a fine and gotten rid of her, which means they take a financial hit but with all the evidence they have against her and keeping her on board, she has little to no power and holds the position in name only. I think that they are gonna let her dig her own grave just a little bit deeper. That said, when the criminal court case against her comes up it is not going to go the way she wants it to and when that happens Hybe then has the right to come back in and fire her. It's clear from the evidence that her intentions are not good and the people who care about New Jeans (parents, managers, etc....) would do well to tell the girls to stay out of it. Digging themselves into the drama will only hurt them in the long run.

If I were Hybe, I'd buy her out of her remaining contract and cut her loose. But the case that Hybe will win is about to start, so it's not over. She just gets to stay while this case proceeds. But she won't have any control, hybe has gotten rid of her snakey team.
The court didn't say it was not true they said it wasn't enough evidence. Their statement said it was a betrayal on her part, but they need more evidence. I read it in another article, yes there was proof that she did a lot of shady things behind HYBE's back, but not enough to remover her yet, the yet is what reaffirms she did do some of the things she is accused of. She wants to reconcile because she knows HYBE won't trust her anymore, and she lost 2 of her right hand guys. One of the guys was they one who allegedly organized a lot of what MJH is accused of doing.
The only thing she won in the court hearing is that they have to wait until the police investigation is completed, and then they can go back to court to reinstate having the shareholders' meeting to remove her. But for the time being, she can stay as CEO and continue to be in charge of NJ's. So it's not over yet. She still has e defimation lawsuit's pending against her from Pledis, Source,and Be-Lift Lab for her dragging other groups into the battle.

I just watched the "Satellite" MV and I must say that I am very impressed! First of all I really like the song! To me it gives off a calm vibe which makes me like the song even more. I think it is the perfect song for a late night, but I feel like it's also great in other situations! I can imagine myself just chilling in the sun with a cold drink and satellite playing in the background! It is just a great song for many situations! The thing that really got me was the MV! It is so simple and that's what I like about it! To me it feels like they were outside and just said "Oh, this place looks great, let's shoot a scene here!" and they just did it! And that is exactly what I mean. It feels like something that was made with so much love that you can feel it through the screen! The MV itself also gives off an insanely nice vibe which just feels comfortable. Taeha's voice is the BIG cherry on top. She has such a beautiful voice, the song fits her perfectly! It really left a great impression on me!

All MHJ has won is the ability to remain a powerless figurehead while the more important case proceeds to trial. They removed her cronies and have placed Hybe employees in their stead, removing any chance she had of making any decisions or moves. Once Hybe wins this upcoming case, she's gone. Honestly all this HYBE vs MHJ stuff just continues to make me shake my head. I must say, MHJ statement about "wanting to work together" is the first sensible thing she's said. My guess because either A) she thinks shes "won" or B) she realizes this will likely not end well for her and is trying to backtrack.

In the release from squ4d I think they said they did it to debunk the lip sync allegations groups get, which would make sense. The only problem with that reasoning is nmixx never had a lip sync issue so it just becomes silly to do. But at end of the day no harm no foul, any publicity is good publicity, pick your cliché lol
I think it is a bit unfair to not acknowledge issues that occurred before the annoucement of Jin's event. There was a mass campaign to bully and harass BTS (it was all over ALL online platforms, including Weverse) and then plans to disrupt Jin's event because the end result of the campaign was ignored. This behavior is unfair and something should have been done to prevent an event for fans being ruined by those with malicious intentions. I hope measures are being taken to ensure the nature of this event remains what it should be. That is what is fair for Jin and BTS fans who wish them well. Artist should be left alone.

What happened was that after the performance BAE went to bubble to tell fans how shocked and unexpected the incident was. And later the PR team of that university festival posted that the incident was staged and was agreed by SQU4D, so people naturally taught since SQU4D knew about it, then the members will also probably know about it too. So they started accusing BAE of lying. So the company had to step up and explain what happened, that it was staged without the members knowledge. But people still don’t want to believe that. So they were trying to protect their artist.
