- This Video is all about setting the Mangrove Jack fold up trailer up getting the 3.7m Seajay High side nomad off the roof of the car and getting the 15Hp Yamaha engine from the inside of the canopy onto the boat ready to go fishing.
I show you how easy it is to set up the Mangrove Jack from sitting on its brackets on the rear of the caravan to being able to tow a boat at 100Km/h on the road fully licensed.
The Almac boat loader and motor slide are a big part of us touring so I show how easy it all works and we get the boat off the roof.

I'm just curious about your boat motor slide, What is the total height with the motor on.
I need to fit one in my canopy and want to make sure it fits.

I don't have a measurement on me right now but basically what ever your motor is plus about 150mm.

Been there, done that. Putting small tinnies like that in Northern waters is stupid to say the least. Plenty of crocs out there a lot bigger. Its also a pain in the arse carrying motor and asscociated crap. All the gear and no idea. Just another social media dimwit...sad really.
Compared to the WA boat loader that one leaves a lot to be desired! Not user friendly at all.
Setting that trailer up was an absolute cluster f@ck
