Probably one of the more interesting quests in the game looking back on it. Regardless what your stance is, I made my choice based simply because one option keeps Herbert 'Daring' Dashwood alive while the others does not. Enjoy!

This game sorely needed more third options. Fallout is always made for those.

You have 3 options for this quest: ",peace" where you find the original residents dead in the cave, kill the ghouls or kill the original residents yourself for the ghoul@@michaelandreipalon359

That Tenpenny Tower lobby music slaps!

It's no "Mall of the Dead" from Blood (and Civvie 11's Blood II and Shogo videos) though.

I remember getting Roy and the other ghouls into Tenpenny tower and went back a few weeks later and they killed all the humans. Any other playthroughs I always killed the ghouls. They have underworld. Plus they are greedy as the people in the tower. Only upside to helping Roy was the ghoul mask. Which allows the player to walk among the ferals freely.

Dude with a pet Yao gaui?, I did not see that coming lol

I honestly sided with Roy every time so I could watch the carnage from the safety of my Ghoul mask and then steal everything, but then again I only liked him slightly better, but Herbert Dashwood was one of the few people I felt sorry who would die. Also I have never seen Gustavo sleep outside of Tenpenny Tower before that was weird.

    • @StarMarshal

The ghoul mask is certainly a useful tool. Especially when dealing with Reavers.

If only I didn't just hear Herbert's voice from at least three other peeps in this single vid. Lampshaded them in my longform comment for this it, even.
Can easily agree on the Gustavo bit.

their is no "honorable" choice here. if you get involved people die whose crime was being..opposed. both sides are full of bigots, but darring isn't so bad. so I think you made the slightly...slihgtly less evil choice? but their really is no "good" choice here. not that that bothers me, I enjoy playing the bad guy in games too :P

Going to one of the most hated places in Fallout history? Good, the pain will be lessened afterwards especially come The Pitt and, later on, the Sierra Madre.
Gotta love seeing consecutive critical strikes. Bullet sponginess is never always a good idea in RPGs.
When are those Missiles gonna be used, and against what?
5:30: Still no news of a forceful Enclave takeover on his "illicit waves"?
One shouldn't wear shades under that hockey mask.
The random shopkeepers really should be complaining about you leaving them with scanty caps.
8:43: I'd rather be in ARIA's Neo-Venezia rather than in the Fallout-verse or even the "real world". Still, play on, ma'am, and hope Adam doesn't get ya because evil bounties and all that 'biz.
9:48: How is this guy nameless?! He has a pet Yao Guai!!! (I would have paid him 100 caps, for generosity and for the trip back.)
    11:49: Hey-o again, Aldaris!
Boy, if he's a good device, RL-3 better be able to have reloadable ammo, unlike the other bots back in the Western Seaboard. *You know who I'm talking about.*
13:34: I have many questions, but OK, game.
15:44: Here we are. Dang, rejecting that grocer, huh?
    22:46: How redundant.
    23:58: Ack, the brightness!
Some boutique, selling weapon rounds and non-fashion stuff. What's this, the Asahigaoka dagashi store from Non Non Biyori (for context, due to lack of candy buying customers, it also sells goodies like skiing equipment for the winters and futons for occasional sleepovers)?
Shame Fallout is not a stealth/pacifist game series. The Dart Gun is just an example of a weapon that feels out of place in it.
35:00: Were you just bowing in reverence? If so, that's nice.
Shakes is a change of pace, which says something.
40:12: You again, Eldred?! I was expecting George Takei!
42:00: I'm more into the original Bewitched and the first five seasons of Buffy, sorry.
42:08: Why?! Why are you everywhere, Fallout 4 prologue salesman? (This aside, guy's refreshingly hip.)
Poor chump though. Wait till Adam reaches Rockopolis.
47:22: Same with the Western Seaboard. Just how many store scorpions did the United States have in this universe compared to our world?
    48:46: What an argument.
50:48: Well, there's William Moulton Marston, Elizabeth Holloway, and Olive Byrne, the minds and hearts responsible for Wonder Woman's comic book existence... if there's one bit of disappointment from me to this letter, it's not yuri.
52:28: You're a disappointment to your family name, but hey, at least it's not about more ghouls.
...Kriff, I actually forgot that Tenpenny nearly tried to blow Megaton over until you made that meeting.
1:02:56: The sooner you'll meet with a truly good ghoul friend from the far west...
    1:04:49: Amen.
1:14:36: I prefer the Ohtori Academy kind.
I wonder, was Michael Masters responsible for creating the Plasma Mine? If so... *(giggles maddeningly)*
Poor Bessie Lynn. She's as much as undeservedly involved in all this as "Daring".
1:29:23: ...Hey-o again, Padishah Burns. Was expecting a Phil LaMarr though.
1:32:10: Better to sleep with a scavenger with a pet Yao Guai than that posh and prim place of prudes, hmm.
Based on my mood as of this writing, barring your pragmatic need for that dashin' guy, I sympathize with your final choice on this mess, Star Marshal/Adam.

He got what he wanted. Unfortunately for Roy, he wasn't the strongest one in the room.
