- On this episode we re-introduce the podcast after over a year of being inactive. We talk about why we started the podcast, how RCautoworks started and what our future episodes will be about.
Check out our website for more details: rcautoworks.com
Your one stop shop for all your automotive needs, from routine maintenance to high performance, we have you covered. RCautoworks was started by Robert Reese in his parents two car garage over 15 years ago with the mindset of helping others in need, to this day that mindset is still our number one priority here. Rather it be a simple brake question, or a project you may be working on yourself, we're here to help.
Robert's passion of helping people translated into automotive repair where he was determined to not only help people fix their cars but help them understand what actually was wrong and give them options that they could afford to fix the problem. Way to many times we hear people that are scared of being ripped off by a mechanic or not understanding what exactly they're paying for. Our goal here is not only help you by repairing your vehicle but help you understand what exactly is going on and giving you different options. Our number one interest is looking out for the customers best interest. Every year we continue to grow and make your life that much easier. We have multiple technicians in house that are trained in this field to help get your car back on the road as quick as possible and not cause you to take a second loan out on your house. On the high performance side we have a dyno in house (dyno jet) and also do all our fabrication in house. From welding stainless steel to aluminum, we have you covered. We also deal with over 1,000 vendors so if you don't see a part listed, email us or call and we'll add it for you. All our sales agents are also passionate about the automotive field and its a hobby for them as well, so we won't just sell parts that make us money, we sell parts that we use on our own vehicle and know will get the job done on yours. No job is to little or small, don't hesitate to ask for help, don't hesitate to stop by, we're here to help. If you'd like a shop tour, feel free to give us a call or an email and we can schedule a sit down with you and show you around the shop.
We'd love to hear from you, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us. We're here to help out and don't mind answering questions.

Thank you so much for doing these podcast. Bought a rv6 dp and ktuner from these guys. entire team is top notch. Like bob said, even if you don't talk to him directly face to face. the entire team is an extension of him. And to mention he's super great on responding in a timely fashion.
Many thanks to you, for not only watching and commenting but also showing the support and purchasing from us. Much love
I remember those days on the Honda-Tech forums, where I gathered so many great ideas while helping friends before turning it into a business. It’s funny how much other shop owners’ stories starting out resonate with me. It’s always cool to hear about others experiences and see the common threads that connect us in the automotive community!
Thanks for the reply, it really makes me wonder if people starting up now are more likely to fail as well because how things are presented to them ( tik tok, reels ect....). Of course a lot comes into play including the person's character as well.
dope, lookin forward to these upcoming episodes. got my haltech elite from you guys with custom adapter/jumper harness. great shop, great service. ASK QUESTIONS, they will get back to you with what you NEED to know/hear. to future viewers, look no further.. wonderful business.
Thanks for watching and thanks for the support. Looking forward to more episodes like this.
Hell yeah
Thanks for watching
I got a turbo wagon back in June and have been doing all the needed things to an almost 20 year car. Like the pcv system.. there was a few good videos but I found myself on some old forms and they proved to be extremely helpful. Thank your for the info I am looking forward to the podcast!
Thanks for watching, someone else mentioned how they were digging into old forum post dated 15 years ago and saw some replies. Pretty wild to think about how some info is still out there.
Is the ram horn and top mount RC Autoworks?
A 25th Anniversary "special" from the two stall garage. Could be pretty sweet.
Yes those are, two stall garage, I like that.
Congrats on the 24 years!
Thank you, and thanks for watching ❤️
Bring back the forums!
Great vid
Thank you, we dove right in. Of course we'll get better as we progress.
I never had a real chance at enjoying/using fourums while the pics still existed. Social media ruined that and "sleeper cars". 😒
Hahahah the good old photobucket dead links lol.
Those message boards were toxic!
It really depends what forum you were on and or sub forum. I was big in the crx community and I believe at one point I had 20k in post which mostly were helping others. Then internet brands bought out Honda-Tech and it went to shit shortly after.
Explain to these bird brains rolling anti lag does not exist. lol
Thanks for watching and commenting Rick
