Hi Miguel! The simple explanation is that BYU Vocal Point is a university a cappella group. When members of the group graduate, they unfortunately have to leave the group. You're right that their accomplishments are great, and we can assure you that the current members of Vocal Point are dedicated to carrying on the legacy left behind by their predecessors. So stay tuned for more great things to come!
Wow, we are thrilled to know that people in Germany are listening to our music! Keep listening and sharing Vocal Point with your friends and family! Vielen Dank!
Glad you're excited about the vlogs! We're excited about them too! Head on over to our website (the URL is in the description box) to find out when our upcoming performances are. We'd love to see you at one of our shows!
Thanks for your feedback, Kylee! Knowing you like these vlogs motivates us to keep putting in the extra time and effort they require. You and the rest of our fans are totally worth it!
Thank you for making this. So many A Capella groups never do this. It's cool to know a little more about the performers. It helps us to feel a little more connected.
BYU Vocal Point while they may not be as repeatable, the Volga are cool to feel like a part of the team and to connect with the group more. They can take some time to take off but using them to follow some day to day, Q&A, or even just simple behind the senses can be awesome. Thank you for the ones we do get to see. ❤️
It's really sad that so few people take interest in the amazing talent that is at BYU. and my freaking Psychology professor was in that video!!!!!!! Anyway, awesome first vlog guys!!! Andy, Devin, and Cody, welcome to the group and I look forward to your performances this year!!! I'm a diehard fan guys :D
so cool! I am from Riverton and South Jordan Utah!

is it possible to explain why anybody who participated in the sing-off is not a member anymore? It's undeniable that those 9 old members were the ones who cooperated to the few recognition (less than it should have) that VP has. The sing-off made me know Vocal Point and made me become a fan. If Vocal Point is as good as it was during the sing-off season, I am glad to maybe have chance to enjoy good quality of acapela. Can't wait to watch performances! Vocal Point is enjoyed here in Brazil!
All new faces! Sad to see everyone change in the space of 2 semesters. *sigh* But that is the nature of VP. I'm sure I'll like these guys too. Keep the music coming.
If you guys want some more recognition, I have a couple of ideas! You could introduce each guy more in videos, and portray their personality. So when people see them, they'll think oh! he's the smart one, or the surfer, or the musician etc. Also, you guys could do a Singing Service where you ask people if they know anyone having a bad day, then find them on campus and serenade them! Just some ideas, you may take them free of charge :)
