Great workout! I was a little uncordinated in a couple of the routines at first, but by the 3rd round I got better. I ended up doing 4 rounds. I can feel the stretching!

You can definitely add weights to the workouts to make them more challenging for you! Just make sure to always listen to your body and use proper form to avoid injury. 😊❤️
