    if you eat like me, you might not look like me. every body is different and genetics and metabolisms play a huge part.
    people get upset if I put a TW, and they get upset if I don't put a TW.
    if I take small bites of food, I have an eating disorder. If I take too big of bites, I eat like a man.
    if I eat too much, I am un lady-like and gross. If I eat too little, I am starving myself.
    I just try and look presentable on camera when eating, it’s kind of hard. If I shove food in my mouth, it’s “disgusting and manly” , but if I bite food in small portions, it’s “she has an ED, she can’t even LOOK at her food”
    Some days I wake up hungry and some days it’s the opposite. On weekends I’m on the go 24/7 and eat way more than a typical WFH day where I sit on my computer all day long.
    I love food but I REFUSE to force myself to eat if I am not hungry. I was forced to clean my plate as a child no matter how full I was and I will not do that to myself again.

      I eat very similarly to you and it’s true, i look nothing like you (i’m 5’3” and have a diff body shape and varying activity levels). you are so right with these statements bc somebody will find a way to be offended no matter what 😭 the double standard is real. also i love ur content bc it really shows how hunger can vary from day to day based on hormones, what you do, exercise, etc. love you girly keep on being amazing

      Some days I overeat as well! Popcorn and chips are my weakness lol. I can eat like 3 bowls in one sitting if I’m just watching a movie. I’m not a nutritionist or anything so always listen to your body first or consult a professional!:))

      Oh god no! Her’s are not “normal/smaller” portions. If she doesn’t wanna say she has an e d that’s fine, I don’t push anything on her, but no, this is not an amount of food to normalize. It’s WAY outside of a healthy, “normal” amount. I also don’t demand health from anyone but please don’t be fooled by her, this is not normal.

    I think some people gotta accept that some people don’t eat as much as they do, like I don’t eat when I’m not hungry I only do when I am, please accept that people have different potion that fills them and that we don’t fill our stomachs w food even tho we aren’t starving.

    Girl people will always complain no matter what you do. Just keep eating what keeps you FED and HAPPY. who cares how you eat or what you eat, you're not restricting your food with a purpose of losing weight. You're not forcing yourself to diet. Just do you, people will always be haters even when you just breathe.
    Btw, I've been trying a smoothie in mornings and I love it 😭

    I wish more people would see this without thinking it’s an ED. Diet is VERY personal! You eat how your body asks you. Some more some less. Intuitive eating is a big one for me, some days like you said, I don’t leave the house so I don’t have a big appetite, other days I’m very active and my appetite responds accordingly! I’m not too thin, not overweight. If you listen to your body, it will naturally feel and look good mentally and physically! You’re adorable btw! I’m guilty of eating deli meat by itself as well 😅 sometimes you just want a quick protein snack

    Her eating is normal, idk who is freaking out but .. looks normal to me 😂 very healthy, not under eating not over eating, MOST dinners she says she got seconds, even 3rds, it’s smart to start with a SMALL plate of food and get more if your still hungry rather then grabbing s big plate then feeling you have to force yourself to eat it all..

    you’re literally goals, i eat right when i wake up bc that’s what i was taught but recently i’ve been fasting and i realized how long i can go without eating😭
    edit: why are y’all saying i have an ed?? fasting doesn’t mean you have an ed. I fast for 15 hrs including while i’m sleeping, i eat around 10am-9pm everyday that’s normal. all y’all trippin

      I used to eat right when I woke up too, but it would always make me nauseous for hours on end. I learned it’s better for me just to wait a bit after I wake up versus force myself to eat and be nauseous for hours !

    Your diet seems great, when I went to the nutricionist she told me to listen to my body and not worry about time. The only circumstances where one should have a strict diet is if you're an athlete or on calorie deficit and situations like that.

    You should be able to be yourself! Don’t worry about the other people judging you, just be yourself, and it will be okay. The people who judge you are incorrect and just don’t understand. As a person who is underweight, I was forced to eat until I almost vomited, and seeing you like this, I’m proud you didn’t allow other people’s mean words define you. ❤ :)

    Over eating is so normalised. At your height and weight on an INACTIVE DAY you’re going to be burning way less than 2000 calories. Nothing wrong if you don’t eat much when you’re at home all day. Ppl complain to much

      Well here’s the thing, some people like me, don’t feel hungry in their stomach, they can go all day without food and still don’t feel hungry. People like me experience a small appetite or loss of appetite. Even if physical hunger is not in our body, we have to feed it otherwise. So if I feel like eating something but my physical hunger is not available, I eat something and feel good so I can nourish my body. I eat like once and sometimes twice a day and I’m 14!

    As someone with an actual ED, people don’t get to dictate your life experiences or what you’re struggling with. Nobody is an expert on you except you. You don’t owe anyone anything with food and your body. I think we can criticize how skinniness is valued and emphasized *over* health without making you a martyr for the cause.

      An ED often occurs from a traumatic experience, insecurities and / or even depression or neurodivergent disorders
      I'm saying this because I have one myself, it's a compulsive behavior where you are obsessed with "healthy eating" and limiting portions, and excessive exercise.

    This is me 😭 my parents always make me eat even when I’m not hungry and sometimes before school I feel like I’m going to throw up as they make me have breakfast. It’s got to the point to where I order snacks and food at school but practically give it all away to friends so my parents don’t get that I didn’t eat anything

    People forget Smoothies are food. I know body builders who pack their smoothies with nutrient dense fruits and things, make them think and the end cals total to a normal meal. She ate enough to fuel her that day which is great. Let’s not judge how people eat

    Girl just eat what you want. Personally, I think you ate fine. Everybody is different and some just don't need to eat as much. People are never gonna be 100% happy with what you post, so don't let it get to you. It's your body, you can put what you want in it. Also, that smoothie looked delicious 💖

      @@Zanncii so ahhhh, should she force feed herself? I mean, there is context here. If you are feeling full and energized by what you’re eating, that’s good. That’s listening to your body. Listening to you body is a bit more complex than stopping when your full. Listening to your body is what is recommended by licensed dietitians and doctors that study human relationships with food. “Your body doesn’t know what’s best for you” what does that even mean in this? Sure, your body can’t tell you it needs 10mg of magnesium but it can tell you when you’re full and energized. Like, what is the solution you are offering here?

    I saw a comment that said, this is what NORMAL PPL EAT! Not disordered ppl and it made me feel rlly bad bc I eat much more than this and I felt like it was saying I eat too much, so I want to send a message out there that there is no such thing as “normal”. The word normal is different for everyone. For some people it means barely eating, for some, eating a decent amount, and for some eating more than three meals and a few snacks. Whatever you eat is what’s normal for you. If someone says what you eat isn’t normal bc it’s too much, too little etc., THEY ARE WRONG! You do you girly stay safe out there ❤️

    as a person who use to have orthorexia, (the obsession of being healthy to the point where it comes to an eating disorder) this is NOT disordered eating. infact, this is probably how much i'd normally eat.

    As someone who has been always underweight (not anymore since I got older). Until I hit 32 age- I was extremely underweight (did not have ED or any other problem besides being skinny/ underweight and well eczema). I was always in between 97-99lbs and I’m 5’8ft for a reference. And I had huge appetite. But like she said, if I was not in the mood- I didn’t eat. Anyways it doesn’t look like she had eating disorder but she is eating less calories- i feel. Bc I ate alot when i was skinny. Once I hit 33 (age), my metabolism finally slowed down and now I have gotten fat. I’m now, 130lbs. Yup. Gained 30lbs within 3 months (idk how) just stuffed lots of food. New eating habit formed. Now I binge eat and I eat more when I’m sad/mad. My appetite has changed. My body has also changed. I feel heavier. None of my clothes fit me anymore. Now I sweat like crazy… yup

    I eat like this and guess what I don't look like this person, and that's okay 👍 💖💖💖 I love my body. I work out when I'm not literally depressed and can't get up, I take care of myself, I feel good when I eat like this and go on a walk (I might have like something sweet every other day)
    I'm 5'3 and 180 btw and yes doctors say I'm overweight.

    The smoothie was a perfect well balance breakfast you had carbs in the banana and healthy fats in the peanut butter and you got your protein from later meals lunch wasn't huge but it doesn't need to be you got great protein I'm no doctor or professional but I give you a 10

    trolls are gonna comment whatever, it doesn’t matter what u do. u can’t please people who just want to irritate u w their comments. if only we could get a glimpse of every commenters life. would they then make those same comments? unless it’s genuine constructive criticism/feedback, just ignore it. don’t waste ur time feeling some type of way when someone says sum bout the way u chew ur food, it’s most likely a 12 yr old w ‘at home issues’, gets bullied at school, mentally ill, has ED themselves, you just never know the things they’re going thru on the other side.. truth is it DOES NOT brighten their day or keep them smiling, but it definitely gives a sorta RELIEF 🥲 PROJECTING underneath videos of women who are obviously reaching goals, cuz finding something negative to say ab someone on the internet who almost seem perfect, w thousands of views/ comments, JUST that ONE NEGATIVE “noticeable flaw” can make them (the troll) feel relatable. so unless a troll is just copying n pasting or straight up NPCs, they’re just relating to u / trying to force u to relate to their insecurities/ shitty life, bad relationships, ugly personalities. :o

    If your eating more than this that is totally normal, remember she eats different things different days and also has a small appetite, it’s all about listening to YOUR body, not about comparing, eat when ur hungry n make sure to get enough nutrients and energy, ok? 💕

    no bc genuinely it gets so infuriating when being a person who sometimes just genuinely isn’t hungry so they might not eat very much some days. i used to be a really really bad binge eater and after some changes i just wasn’t nearly the same. i have much smaller portions now. but somehow there was criticism either way… like what do y’all want at this point 🥲 i eat until i feel full like regular people, and just because it doesn’t oftentimes look like a lot doesn’t mean it’s not enough for me. and if i ever do eat a lot more, that was enough for me that day. there is sm of an issue with people fighting over what’s too little and what’s too much, but if it’s giving you what you need and your health isn’t at stake then i think we should all just let it be

    This is how I eat, but because I'm thin, some people within my family think I don't eat at all.. Which is something I find funny because some of them are the definition of Almond Moms and glorify unhealthy food habits. Thank you for this video. I don't burn a ton of calories too as an English and Art Major LOL. I also don't think a lot of us are too hungry in the morning either. I usually dig in throughout early afternoon and the evening. Anytime before that, it makes me feel sick. 💀

    Tbh i only eat 2 meals a day when i dont workout. I just prefer it. This isnt disordered, I feel like this is normal if you're not moving.

      People in an active eating disorder, or in recent recovery, can be easily triggered by discussions of food, food quantities, seeing different body types etc. If you feel the need to complain about a small textbox at the bottom of the screen with a TW for those who need it, you're the one who needs to get off the internet. Having some compassion takes zero effort

      I don't think you understand what a warning is, it's just a nice way to help people with eating disorders know that the video is going to be about what someone eats in a day so that they know to NOT watch it and skip over it. It's normalizing the practice of prioritizing mental health together as a society and just being kind to people struggling. Having compassion isn't gonna hurt you.

    Its getting really funny how people have to put TWs for body and food 💀 like tf u are not responsible for someone’s triggers . Once I saw a video where a skinny gurl showed outfits , and the comments were like . “You triggered my ED” “how dare you put a video like this ,do you not think about people with ED”.
    Poor gurl looked totally healthy slim 😭.

      People in an active eating disorder, or in recent recovery, can be easily triggered by discussions of food, food quantities, seeing different body types, body checking etc. Content creators aren't responsible for someone's triggers but it takes little effort to add a TW that has no effect on the video quality and helps people more easily avoid triggering content. Having compassion for others takes zero effort
