@@michaelraya-p4k Thank you 🙏 This short video one is about the extra handles we ordered after buying it in case that is needed 👍 ua-cam.com/video/WoL6Cf3WKNs/v-deo.htmlsi=Dv5Ld2I6srggfmC2
Hey, do you think I have to remove weights from this between each use? I wasn't sure if leaving weights on all the time would eventually warp it. Can't find an answer on this.
I’ve been wondering the same and came to the conclusion that taking them off is the best bet to keep the rotation mechanism even and smooth for long term use 👍 I know it’s a hassle and wish they would include some kind of clip on weight plates similar to spotter arms for racks; to use when folded out. Could be used at keeping machine weighted down during use and to keep your plates close and easy access.
Yes, still use it a couple of times per month, I still like it but it is wobbly when you add more weight, like a 45lb plate on each side is the max, or else it starts to lift off the ground…they should make some small plate hangers to add on to it so you can weight it down easily.
Yes. It is very nice for smaller spaces and I recommend it. However, If I had a designated spot for an actual bigger unit, I would get that. This foldable does move around a bit with heavy weights and it is a hassle to carry around. They could easily fix it with a few upgrades.
My messed up shoulder is still giving me crap. Two surgeries, one on each, total bummer. I do light light weights tbar rows, cable pull downs and the reverse hyper and or regular back extensions. Hoping to get healthier in 2022 and start adding some plates to all my exercises.

This is the best video on the Scout yet, and there are a ton out there. I ordered one. Now I know what to expect regarding assembly.

@@DanesinTexas Thank you. I agree totally!
Would this be any good for someone 6ft 4?
How you doing with it now? Still using it? Notice any benefits?

If the machine lifts off the ground is because people use too much momentum and have no control with the momevent.
@@DanesinTexas try elevating the rear legs two inches, should help stop the front lifting up. Otherwise sand bags or chains over the front cross bar
You feel it's worth it so far?

What is your new back regimen?

Nice video! 👍
