This is great I really enjoyed it I used to train with a Muay Thai instructor a long time ago and I decided I want to work my way back into that so I decided to start fresh and try this and it was amazing next I’m going to do a kick videos to get back into that as well but your boxing videos are awesome man I don’t have anyone to practice with so I shadow box the combos you call out in a Mirror and it works like a charm todays day 2 of getting back into boxing and Muay Thai and I’m already showing better hand eye coordination and speed from last night strength and stamina will come in time but there’s only one way to bring that up so thank you so much for the videos keep posting great stuff like this

Salut! Il n’y a pas de barre sur mon punching ball de droite. C’est en fait l’extrémité de mon Rack a Squat que l’on voit. On voit juste pas le Rack.

All my workouts are suitable for women. They can help with weight loss and muscle toning but what will really make a difference in your weight lost journey is what you eat. A healthy nutrition plan will speed up fat lost and my workouts will act as an enabler in looking and feeling better. 👍

Your jab (lead hand) goes with my left pad and your cross (rear hand) goes with my right pad.
