Hi, I am Jonathan Allen, Amateur boxer and boxing coach from Canada. Whether you are an upcoming amateur fighter, an advance boxer or simply someone who likes to stay fit thru boxing, this channel was created to motivate you in order to get you in the greatest shape possible.
I am are currently putting put together cardio-box routines, training drills, HIIT routines, and fighting training routines for a full at home workout session with bodyweight or minimal equipment. Boxing is one of the most effective, concise ways to get in shape and maintain your physical health.
Furthermore, if you’re hoping to get in great shape and improve your boxing level for athletic performance, this channel will be for you! Really good question! Training with a Reflex Bag using gloves is, in my opinion, better than bare-handed training for several reasons: Protection Against Injuries: Gloves provide essential padding to protect your knuckles, wrists, and skin. Striking bare-handed can lead to abrasions, bruises, or even fractures, especially for beginners or when punching with improper technique. Over time, repetitive strain can also increase the risk of chronic hand and wrist injuries. Enhanced Technique Development: Gloves allow you to focus on developing proper punching mechanics without worrying about the immediate discomfort or damage to your hands. This helps improve your form, ensuring you strike effectively and safely. Better Feedback and Control: Gloves mimic the equipment used in sparring or competition. Training with them helps simulate real scenarios, building muscle memory for effective strikes while reducing the shock absorbed by your hands and joints. Improved Training Longevity: Gloves reduce wear and tear on your hands, enabling longer training sessions with better consistency. Bare-handed training can cause discomfort that limits your ability to train effectively over extended periods. Using gloves with a Reflex Bag protects the bag from wear and tear by reducing surface friction, sweat damage, and stress on internal components, helping maintain its durability and performance over time. Using gloves with the Reflex Bag is the safer, more practical, and efficient.

Une de mes séances préférées, le fait de refaire 20s de leg hold entre chaque exo c'est diabolique.
Ca fait du bien une seance abdo plus dynamique, on sent moin travailler que d'habitude mais ca donne de l'énergie.

Hier je n'avais pas de moment de libre a part en rentrant du travail a 22h30, du coup le soir j'ai oublié... Dommage si proche de la fin. Tant pis je réessaierai une 3eme fois de faire le défi d'une traite.
