I know most of you don't really like this Virtual Sparring, but I have a small group of followers who request it and really use it, so I made this for them (you). For everyone else I added the aspect of me coaching you, similar to a guided shadow boxing routine, just use my voice calls as a cue. Leave your thoughts below whether you love it or hate it. thx, J

This morning around 6 AM, I turned on UA-cam to play your guided shadow boxing workout and this video just got posted. I did this one instead and I think it's amazing! I really like your Virtual Sparring videos and I do them often but I like the guided coaching aspect on this one. Keep up the great content. I really learn a lot from you and it's great to keep up with your lessons while being away from the boxing gym.

I like your style bro, these virtual videos you make is a great video for people that don't have a sparring partner. I'm blessed to have a partner outside of the gym , but if I didn't I would definitely be taking advantage of these virtual videos you make . I even love the padwork ones to shadow box too . I've tried your "shadow box as I coach you " videos my number system's a little different so that threw me off but I like your number system better anyways so I'm starting to think of using your system and going back through all those videos again.
