Sirs you do not need to ask If I want a full video on something. I always want a full video and will always be happy with whatever topic you decide to discuss. 🙌

I think that this entire story about Arnor, Wick King and esspecially how Rangers of the North camo to be, would trully be a big, badass, epic movie! If movie about Helm Hammerhand gets sucsesfull, than this is another movie that I would like to see! Jake another great video, this mysterious North has always been one of my favorite aspects of Middleearth! Great video!
Of course the story could hardly told in the way Tolkien had drawn it since Number One was a lasting shadow in the northern realms for hundreds of years, in an endless partly open partly secret war, being responsible for the death of kings, princes and generals. He may even have used a plague to weaken his enemies, and thing who happened during this time like the rise of the barrow-wights had a role even many years later. It would be hard to tell a story in which only the elves on the sideline and the main "villain" stay the same, but the "protagonists" change more than once (but often with a similar fate). But you could of course pick parts of the conflict.
In the White Council scene in the first Hobbit film, Galadriel made reference to the Battle of Fornost with the phrase "when Angmar fell". Galadriel also mentions that in its aftermath, the Men of the North took the body of the Witch-king (and the other Nazgul) and sealed him in the "High Fells of Rhudaur".
Yes, but that latter is movies-only continuity. The Nazgûl were never defeated nor entombed like this in Tolkien's legendarium. The High Fells was an invention of the films and the Nazgul needed to be free to conduct other mischief such as the capture of Minas Ithil and see to the end of the Line of Kings of Gondor.
The Witchking was a master of psychological warfare and manipulation, much like his master. He had the patience to execute strategies centuries in the making.
I love that you can visit/walk around in the ruins of Fornost in LOTRO. When I first started playing it I didn't understand the history of it, but now knowing what these ruins are makes going there even more interesting. (Also, when you kill wights in the Barrow Downs in the game, you collect scraps of lore and treasures from Cardolan, which I didn't clue into what that meant until I saw the map in your video. Well done!)
What-if video idea for you to do: What if Gandalf never fell at the Bridge of Khazad-dum and continued with the fellowship to Lothlorien and on forward?
Please do as much content you can as we love the content you both put out and I hope the last king of Gondor didn’t become a Nazgûl like isildur in shadow of war game 😁
Creating a Nazgûl took quite a bit of time by all accounts. Unless one was destroyed, I don't see any reason for Sauron to get rid of one and take the time to give the ring to some other person and then corrupt them.
But then Sauron did have a lot of time on his hands, and he does seem like the sort of being that would take pleasure in there slow corruption for his own entertainment.
@@jamesfry8983 True, but I suspect he had plenty of evil deeds for the Ringwraiths to perform so they were probably busy very much of the time. I don't think he'd want to be down 1 or more unless it were unavoidable.
The fall of arnor has always fascinated me Mellon. That's why even though I do like gondor, I love arnor more 😊
Well, some did. Arnor split into 3 because of a civil war that began when the three sons of one king fought each other after their father died. Those kingdoms often fought each other afterwards until the Angmar Wars began.

I'm game for the fall of Arnor and the rise of Angmar to be adapted into a movie or tv series by Amazon Prime, Warner Bros, HBO Max, Apple TV+ or Netflix.
I would love a video on Earnur. I'd also like a video about what happened to the power of the elves of Lindon. Cirdan I believe was still around around at the end.
Brohirrim! Can you make a video about the fellowship? If it's mention for the fellowship if they took a ship from Lindon to the shores of Belfalas and went to Mordor from that route? Love your content my dearestest of Bros btw!
I would like to propose a topic - Numenor had colonies in the south, what has happened of them? Are they still there? Do black Numenoreans live there? Also what of the world around middle earth, we know so little of it. Thank you!
I think that Arvedui's death is a proof for a question for many fans of LOTR about the powers and abilities of Sauron and if he could control the weather for his purposes. "Do not mount on this sea-monster! If they have them, let the seamen bring us food and other things that we need, and you may stay here till the Witch-king goes home. For in summer his power wanes; but now his breath is deadly, and his cold arm is long." And: "But Arvedui did not take his counsel. He thanked him, and at parting gave him his ring [the Ring of Barahir], saying: 'This is a ring of worth beyond your reckoning. For its ancientry alone. It has no power, save the esteem in which those hold it who love my house. It will not help you, but if ever you are in need, my kin will ransom it with great store of all that you desire." The final proof is the great storm at Emyn Muil controled by Sauron: " The skirts of the storm were lifting, ragged and wet, and the main battle had passed to spread its great wings over the Emyn Muil, upon which the dark thought of Sauron brooded for a while. Thence it turned, smiting the Vale of Anduin with hail and lightning, and casting its shadow upon Minas Tirith with threat of war. Then, lowering in the mountains, and gathering its great spires, it rolled on slowly over Gondor and the skirts of Rohan, until far away the Riders on the plain saw its black towers moving behind the sun, as they rode into the West
Melkor was of course the most powerful Valar, and in The Silmarillion we see how he was able to control many elements of nature as he fought his battles with Manwë and the other Valar as he engaged in the Marring of Arda. It is not a stretch to think that he was able to pass on a lot of this ability to his chief minion, Sauron the Maia, who would then have taught a lot of it to the Witch-King. Even good old Saruman (also a Maia) might have had some of this power, at least according to the LOTR movies as he was accused by Gandalf of sending the blizzard that trapped them for a time on Caradhras.
I like the Idea that the Lesser Kings of the Nine but be too weak to maintain the power of their rings and can be consumed by them and need to be replaced.
I very much doubt that King Eärnur became one of the Nazgûl, however he might have been transformed into a lesser Wraith, just as might have happened to Frodo if he had not received healing from Elrond.
Who exactly are you talking about? Wormtongue was Saruman's lackey and was killed by hobbits in the Shire during the Scouring of the Shire. There was a servant called the Mouth of Sauron who was the person who came to talk out with Gandalf, Aragorn, and the other leaders of the Army of the West before the Battle of the Morannon. His fate is not known but he probably died in the aftermath after Sauron's demise.
Well, I think that is unlikely since it was so long ago from the time we meet the Mouth, that even a Numenorian of royal blood would have died long ago. But it may very well be that Sauron made him to a servant, that would fit his kind of humor. On the other hand at that time Sauron was still at Dol Guldur (I believe) and I guess the Witch-King more likely killed his enemy in an ambush or granted him a slow and painful death in the dungeons of Minas Morgul.
Assuming Nazgul is a mantle. (Which is horrid imo). Assuming Sauron forged and gave out the 9 in sa 1500. The Nazgul first appear sa 2251. So approximately 751 years to become one. Isildur canonically died. But if he was taken and a Nazgul was relieved of the ring yes he could be one. Earnur is taken ta 2050. Helm disappears ta 2759. Eveything kicks off 3009 and main series is 3018. Earnur could be one. Converting Helm would not have been possible in time leaving Sauron with 8. This is just a quick outline using lotr fandom. I would treat the theory like an alternate world one and not count it as canon. But enjoy the games.
One of things I find odd about middle earth history is that nobody built any sort of kingdom west of the misty mountains between the end of the angmar war and the war of the ring.
A great plague reduced much of the population of Eriador. After the fall of Angmar, there just weren't enough people to build a new kingdom. The Dunedain started living in small groups and protected the land as Rangers.
Well, eventually Aragorn did when he reestablished the kingdom of Arnor but no one succeeded earlier. Between the Great Plague, the Angmar Wars, and ongoing threats from orcs and other evil beasts, no one was able to although there may have been isolated places here and there similar to Bree.
Why couldn't Sauron create an army of Nazgul for the Witch King to command by giving the 9 rings to 9 more men and so on? Is there a limit to the number of men each ring could control at the same time?
I guess the Nazgul were bound to their ring and it could hardly be given to another so that two or even more men could be bound to the same ring. It may also be that Sauron without the one ring was not able to do so and create more Nazgul.
