    Dude, we all have to start somewhere.
    If anyone gives you shit for wearing a helmet while loading....they probably should have worn one too..

    Awesome sled. Don't worry about the haters. My wife learned how to ride on a 2011 ski doo 800 etec Summit. Pro RMK's are awesome and I'm sure you are loving it. We have a sled deck on an 8" lifted F350 and the first time loading them each year is a nerve wracking experience. You are right to be nervous.

    Nice looking sled. And nice job of loading. Wishing you many miles of good riding, and never getting stuck. (lol, experience says it bites)

    why is there so much hate? like you have to start somewhere... how else are you ever going to learn loading? This just shows what kind of dicks some people can be... I'm just happy to see new guys joining the community :)

    its not stupid at all to wear a helmet. never know if the ramps will kick out even if they are tied on. shit happens all the time might as well protect the noodle.

  • @DM-ry3ms
    @DM-ry3ms 11 років тому +1

    It was a smart precaution to don the helmet. I applaud you doing up the strap. So many just plunk it on their heads and think that is protection. Had a friend out on a motorcycle that didn't do up the strap and sailed over a car's hood. Had about $10,000 worth of dental in today's dollars. His full face helmet would've saved him had he used the strap. Nice sled BTW.

    why are there so many haters?? #1 if he had a long bed truck he would be loading it in that.. #2 if he had a trailer he would be loading it in that. #3 if he wants to wear a helmet to load his sled than so be it. At least he is not another one of those dumb asses pulling wheelies with a fitted hat on backwards.

  • @MZMotor95
    @MZMotor95 8 років тому +3

    Jesus Christ all these butthurt and jealous people that complain that he got a Pro RMK 155" as the first sled. You ask me that's a good choice. It's lightweight, easy to learn how to ride, it's mountain sled with a long track so he can learn how to climb steep and deep hills. Best of all, 2 months of riding, and youre at the average snowmobiler in skill or above. Good pick!

    awesome idea, im building a platform for my 08 canyon cause my sled is too wide to drive it in the box . is that top bar higher than your tailgate? is that ramp welded right to the bar, or are you using other straps... hard to tell in the vid...thanks man

    Not good for you're track paddles to spin them on hard pointed ramp edges. find a ditch to back up to, lessening the ramp angle. Good job considering.

  • @gregmuhsemann840

    I don't think an 800 155" was a wise choice for a first sled. The real problem is all the overhang out of the truck. Both unsafe and illegal.

    • @hondarider1112008
      @hondarider1112008 9 років тому +1

      as for illegal that depends where you live. not like it has a ton of weight out the end. all the weight is basically on the rear axle. just because it is not your first choice for a first sled doesn't make it so for others. just saying

    A 163 still isnt a long track in my books, 153-163 is average, go to a dealership in a place where theres actualy snow and find me a 144 (long track lol) sled. Cant do it, because dealers aren't dumb enough to buy something no one needs or can use cause its a short track.. Short track turbos on the other hand... No shorter then 144 though.

  • @NathanLarson01
    @NathanLarson01 11 років тому

    that truck can barely hold the front half of the sled nevermind the rest of the 155" track lol

  • @trivanovicrobert
    @trivanovicrobert 11 років тому

    Id say thats the average... 162/163 isnt even a long track yet 153-155 and 162 and both average, 144 is a short track, 174 is a long track.

    been sledding for almost 40 yrs. PS I have a 14 foot trailer for my sled - lot easier to load than on a short box - Why do folks buy a short box when they buy a truck? For looks? Short boxed are generally useless!
