It has nothing to do with being correct about anything. If someone wants to buy a plaid couch because they thinks its cute then “absolutely!”
The best one I heard was someone misinterpreting the "open door policy". The customer thought the doors have to be unlocked at all times 😂. I was in the bathroom and that rule don't exist 😂
It’s not meant to be literal. It’s basically just trying to keep them happy, or keep them from creating conflict. It’s about keeping has many people coming and spending money as you can, and keep unhappy people from giving your company a bad name. But people have a high opinion of themselves these days, and feel they deserve free stuff just in general.
As someone who worked as a manager at Little Ceasers, this is scratching the surface of just how awful people can be. Had a guy threaten to shoot me and my coworkers because his pizza was 7 minutes late. $7 pizzas are apparently enough to risk yourself going to jail over.

A sad truth about food service, people trying to pull scams pretty often. Thankfully I work in a place where food is made in front of you, so it's harder to try and scam us for refunds.

My aunt got that Meningitis four month after we just buried our grandfather. She got it because she forgot to take some medication and the infection spread to her brain making her have small strokes. The doctors almost had to cut a hole her throat so she can be able to breathe. But luckily she was able to breathe on her own and was sent back home a week later.
No wonder why tiktok is getting banned and I'm rarely using it 🤣

You can’t order the wrong pizza by eating half of it and quickly demand an refund sorry it doesn’t work that way what you normally do if it is the wrong order don’t eat it and quickly phone up the restaurant to send you out the correct order and when the driver comes hand it back over .

The little ceasers in VA I used to go to really helped me out when I didn’t have any money. I was under 7$ and the lady just gave it to me
When I was 18 working fast food all of them were $7.25 a hour.
People are just absolute miserable scumbags. I was working at a nacho stand at Six Flags once and we were close to closing. This lady comes to the pickup window asking in a rude tone for the walking tacos (It’s a Doritos bag filled with protein of the customer’s choice and vegetables) which we were out of. I asked her to come to my window so that I can take her order which she did. She again asked for the walking tacos and I politely told her we were out of bags. She then said what else we got, to which me and my coworker in the back told her we had the street nachos which are just normal nachos. She then asked what they are seemingly getting more agitated. I then grabbed one of the nachos to show her what they looked like and she completely flipped out on me. Calling me the n word, asking if I’m slow and then threatening to throw the basketball she had in her hand at my face. I was completely speechless and confused as to what I did to sent her off. My manager came, sent me to the back of the building and took care of the situation. When I came back she was gone and I went on about my day.

Duude I work at retail and gotten a call about how this church was making baskets for people and giving papyrus cards which are about 10$ here and all the other stuff was like 15$ or more all together since it's like snacks and body odorstuff. (Yeah harmons amazing pricing.) But then later came back to give all those pap cards and other things which came around 462$
