That's the wonderful difference... you identified being uncomfortable recording yourself eating and the blessing of it being your job to capture the moment... more of us need to live in that space of being in the moment under our terms, not the peering eyes of others. Beautiful place , they must have lighten up on preservation laws for anybody to take a plunge with contaminants on your body like lotion, arm deodorant,hair oil gel ect. Hmm

So I always use the bracelets, and I do think they help! But I also don’t get super seasick so idk if someone who’s more susceptible would need more.
