i just bought my third MaxFoot, they are so fun to ride, can't get enough fun out of these. I like these trikes.
I bought a malissa forte , it’s the same bike as this one . Went on a 20 mile ride to try it out . The batteries are 14 ah and are suppose to get you 30 some mile with no peddling. So I took two 14 ah batteries . The heavy trike only goes between 16 and 18 mph depending on how much battery voltage is left in battery. The trike started slowing down at 17 miles and quit at 18 . Then switched battery and barely got back home. I recommend getting much bigger batteries and motor , for the heavier e-trikes.
Also identical to the malissa forte and the go-Bike forte
What do you mean?
I live in Scandinavia and need something to get me to work. Dont travel far enough to justify driving car. Dont live close enough to walk. Winters are long, icy and snowy, so two wheels are not always an option. This looks really good, like something I am looking for. And while I dont ever remember anybody saying trikes were cool, they do look very practical and I would 100 percent be interested in considering something like this. Looks like a practical solution to winter riding?
That's a great question...I would say as a general rule, Trikes are PROBABLY better for winter riding, due to the more surface area and generally slower top speeds. I haven't confimed that through personal use, but if I could look at the data, I'd say it's probably better than a bike.
Does the throttle work like a gas engine vehicle, controlling the torque or is it a speed command which makes for a very unatural ride?
And does it regen?
Loving it!!
Why don't you make it 2000w or more?
Great bike but where in the world do you get a proper hitch type folding carrier for on of these? I have a eTrikes d i cannot locate a dedicated hitch carrier and I definitely don’t want a trailer. Anyone know of such a carrier?
Are you aware that Harbor Freight store has hitch racks with a ramp
Looks awesome and very capable, has quality components and to be fair it's not overly priced
James! It’s great to see you again, my friend. You’re right, it’s really not too pricey compared to other trikes, but it’s def more than a regular ebike :)
Hope you’re well!
Maybe move the derailer to the top
Only Brent can make riding an old foggy e trike cool! Don't like the trippy part however. Do all trikes suffer from this problem?
Pedro! great to see you again, buddy. and thanks for the kind words. :)
yes, unfortunately, all trikes are extremely tippy the faster you go. i learned this pretty quickly as a kid with my first three-wheeler outing. When the rear wheels are wider apart, it gets a bit more stable, but then you can't squeeze through doorways, so you're kind of stuck at this width unless you plan to never take it through a doorway.
have a great day and be well, Pedro!
@@electrifiedreviews When you consider mostly seniors use these trikes cause they feel safer and they can easily tip over, it makes no sense, do you suppose if the motor was placed in the rear, it would lower the center of gravity, or perhaps widening the distance between the rear wheels?
@@pedrofernandez8729 i’m sure some manufacturers have much wider wheelbases, but the reality is they’d still be tippy at high speeds. Trikes just aren’t suited for racing, but man are they solid at lazily listing along. :)
@@electrifiedreviews They need to warn the old folks to slow down unless they want to end up in the hospital.

Wonder if this would perform in the snow.
What’s the price in NZ money, should it be available??
The price in NZ money is whatever your google search tells you it is at the time _you_ do a search.
Also tested a tricycle from the Netherlands 👍
Have u got 24"wheel all round?
I have a HJM Trike that looks a lot like this.
We purchased this Vivi 27.5” electric bike and a Tentaquil 26” electric bike for our 13 and 14 year olds. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxUiL0GnyDjP32RJdd660sP8mZk4CRLTCJ The Vivi was much easier to put together. With the Vivi, there was a video link to assist with assembly which made the process easier to follow (we did put the handlebars on upside down, but it was a quick and easy fix). With the Tentaquil, the assembly was not as simple to follow, but after we messaged the company for an assembly video, it was easier and they did respond quickly. The other major differences were that the Vivi has a grip throttle on the right handle (like a motorcycle) and the Tentaquil has a push throttle that you use your thumb to activate. The monitors were also different, so if you’re looking for something specific in terms of changing the bikes functions, pay attention to what the monitor offers. We were really impressed with the overall quality and functionality of both bikes, but if you’re looking for more power and an easier assembly, definitely go with the Vivi!
Why did they put one powerful motor where there's almost no weight? A middrive would have been smarter, but more expensive.
You need the power in the rear wheels in a trike.
Why does he put on the backpack when riding? Shouldn't it be the other way around?
thank you, Brian!
Que precio tiene e la cdmx
This bike is being advertised on Facebook for $99
The bike by itself is, but without the electric motor and battery. You can buy all the parts separately if you want
$3300 on malissa go bike on amazon
Looks like something for me. It's a bit of money, so I'll have to save for it.
Kinda cool, but think I'd rather stick to a two wheel.
Flintstones version of a old Honda atc 90
yaba daba doo
Too bad it doesn’t have a Bosch motor, see a lot of people selling their electric bikes when the Chinese motors die, Or when the inexpensive Chinese batteries give up the ghost
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Sure looks identical to an Addmotor 340, no?
hi WhiteLakeDan! they're definitely similar. which do you prefer?
@@electrifiedreviews
Actually, I could better decide if you did a head to head comparison. Doable? The Maxfoot might win out on price alone, though with its $400 cheaper price tag.
Also identical to the malissa forte and the go-Bike forte
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

$2600.00? You got to be kidding. I can build on for much less.
this is like a cheap copy of the "jovik jmt3". no hydraulice brakes and no differential
hey derek! i haven’t seen the jovik but i’ll definitely check it out now. thanks for the recommendation! how have you liked the jovik jmt3 so far?
@@electrifiedreviews lol evidently he doesn't own one.
It also has a gear sprocket dragging the ground in the rear begging to get snapped off and the front mounted hub motor is worthless and all that 85 nm of torque is going to do is spin that front tire on a slope with a wet surface, dirt or gravel, leaving you to push the damned thing. BAD design. Worthless motors and in the worst place to put it. Only 350 lbs capacity. Nope.
Horrifying abomination
😎🙏
Looks like a complete piece of crap, did you see the guy trying to do a little jump, what a joke
