Being that I'm so vested into Ryobi battery platform I end up with this one or Ryobi's Hi-Torque. Nice to see Ryobi go out to tall grass with the big dogs.
Ordered mine today! I was going to order the Milwaukee mid torque one but then I figured my tool collection would look weird with all my other tools being green with one red one LOL I'll stick with Ryobi 😆 Glad it is finally out.
I got it on the first day they put them out on the shelf. I was so excited. I took it out of the box and wield it like Thor's hammer complete with sound effects, then I realize i dunno what to do with it so i put it on my wall as a trophy.

I just ordered this with two 4ah HP Ryobi batteries. I know it will work with all Ryobi batteries but when people use any battery other than the HP series they experience less and more inconsistent power up to 150 ft lb's less 😳. Still a beast regardless but I wanna make sure I use it to its full potential. I'm trynna bust all the nuts...
I dont doubt what you said. Curious where you learned this? Dont own yellow but am thinking about jumping in. Those extra connections for the newer bats remind me of Ridgid Octane connections and bats. We all know what happened to that line of tools...
My understanding is that the P262 has a little issue with consistency. Sometimes it’ll do close to 600 ft lb and others it’ll only do 450 ft lb on the same setting with the same battery that’s fully charged
5:48 it looks like you are using a socket that is not the right size. An oversized socket will not transmit the impact forces correctly to the fastener.
This is a powerful impact no doubt , however I do not believe the huhu on the boxes.....this include all brands. My question is.....with Ryobi coming on strong and milwaukee with it's foot firmly on the gas pedal....where does this leave Ridgid ?
Its been beaten time and again.. about the the AH size of the battery vs another. How much torque have in mode 1? Hmmm
the specs only say the torque on the highest speed
yes, but I wonder how much power there is in each mode ... I hope you test! Than we will find out :)

This one the p262 vs the m12 stubby what do you prefer more?
it all depends on the power that is needed. for most things I need to do is 250 ft lbs or less. because of how compact it is id go for the m12 stubby.
