The oranges you mentioned are NOT oranges but bitter oranges / bigarade oranges..! If they were oranges, they wouldn't have stayed on the trees. Orange trees are grown in the fields and their fruits are like honey.

3:50 I was lucky, back in 80's as a student, that I sat on an ancient tier up there during a school visit. It was free to do so then.

2:50 It’s time to drink what the ancients had as refreshments, most of these drinks were dairy products. Now there are some of the same type in Greece, or exact the same like "xinogalo" (this is a type of milk not a brand) or "ariani" which is a product name, not sweet, not bitter, slightly sour, but you could taste it while in a place like this, even once to just get the experience. Another idea for such an experience is the "Greek iced mountain tea", by Olimpos for example, personally I like the lemon flavor version.

10:10 These Greek wines are made for and are excellent to accompany food, not to have just a drink. Prior the eating start, they don't taste good. For food, the "white" wines are more easy to go than "reds". But in any case, if you are not familiar with, avoid the "white" type which is called "Retsina".
