Uncle, your tour guide has been excellent! You don't need a tour guide to observe African table etiquettes! I can understand why you weren't sure if that was the best bush meat in Calabar. I think it's because you didn't use the right ' downloading' techniques. Using cutleries took away part of the flavour!
