Great isn’t it? The neck joins the guitar at the 12th fret making anything higher up the neck really difficult to play. Rory mastered it, Ry Cooder would have just got a different guitar. I think it’s how you’re brought up sometimes… make do and mend type thing. Ry is different class too.

I would have loved watching Rory doing a set like this and been so near the front of the stage I was front row in 87 at Sheffield University where Rory was doing his Irish hurricane thing all over the stage it was a privilege to have seen him live true greatness

@@camilo1455 He had a few medical conditions due to stress and being emotionally unwell, so he had to take certain medications... and, AFAIK he developed severe hypochondria and took medication he actually didn't need. So, his health issues were caused by too much medication - and not by a drinking problem as many people seem to believe :(
@@MsMesem So sick of these comments. Rory had to take steroids for a health condition, which is what led to his face looking slightly puffier. I'd love to see a video that just appreciates the incredible talent he was without mentioning his appearance.
