    Thank you for the workouts! They are so helpful because I have dermatomyositis and I need to keep my muscles active. If it weren't for these workouts, my muscles would have serious problems. I appreciate you so much!

    A little 6am workout here in the Scottish Highlands, my arms are on fire 🔥 💪 love this. That 3rd round, oh my gosh that's when you feel it!
    I still go back to my original idea, a HITT challenge with everything in it. Bring it on! 😊 our fav time if the year is coming Annie 🍂🍁

    i love the light weight continuous movement videos where we do little circles / pulses - such an effective burn. i vote for a 'no drop' challenge where each week gets longer!

    Thank you so much ❤❤❤ love this workout so much. As I trained I appreciate your down to earth honesty and letting g winds know yore lifting can be so effective with lighter weights. Lighter weights more reps. Heavier weights less reps for many of women to know

    Do you so a cardio workout after? Sometimes i wonder if i should be doing a cardio workout before or after a 15min workout like this?

    I like your arm workouts legs would be nice if they don't involve getting on your knees as I have had a knee replacement and getting my knee is painful
