i love the light weight continuous movement videos where we do little circles / pulses - such an effective burn. i vote for a 'no drop' challenge where each week gets longer!

I like your arm workouts legs would be nice if they don't involve getting on your knees as I have had a knee replacement and getting my knee is painful
