    Can someone tell me what power source was moving those bogies into position under the carriages?

      The last time I visited this border, which was only a few years back, I didn't see any power source. There were a couple of guys pushing the wheels into motion. If you look at 2:05, the guy has to stop it manually.

      there is a cable pull with a slipper clutch. they can stop them manually because it only pulls them 1 way.

    They should fit these cars with dual-gauge axles like they do in Spain!

      Way back from 1997 to 2000 I travelled a lot along this route and it was always fantastic to watch this action from the coach window

      Less than an hour, but depends on the length of the train, of course. I was on a train with at least ten carriages.

    There is another name for Russian gauge Confederate gauge because American Civil War Confederate rail track is the same as Russia Finland and former Soviet Union North Korea Tumangan Station 5ft 1.520 meters as opposed to standard gauge 4ft 8.5 in 1.435 meters gauge Union American Civil War Europe outside of Russia former Soviet Union 1.520-1.
    524M Ireland 1.6 Meters and Spain 1.668 Meters
