I love Lionel & Michael! I’m glad Lionel was always a good friend to Michael. They seemed pretty close, and it’s obvious after hearing this story. As an artist, you need to be on the same level and be completely open & honest if you’re gonna work with someone, especially in music.

It was so great that Michael Jackson related to animals with love not fear. As an Indian person, we have a festival here where we show our appreciation & thanks to snakes and go to the mound where the King Cobra lives and feed it milk. In one state in India, there is a temple to rats. We understand the importance of all creatures great and small. I think Michael would’ve understood us. The British who came here were very scared and hunted animals. They especially killed our Tigers for the prestige of it.
If I saw a snake like that, and I were around back then, I would have hid right behind Michael, my childhood crush and first love, and I would have been shaking like a leaf and my face would be like this! 😱
