I'm in Canada and that thing is a b**ch to get started sometimes. Think its an issue with the ignition system? Or just part of owning a carburated bike made for California in Alberta Canada?
Robert0bot Could be a number of things.Have a strong battery? Compression releases working correctly? Correct carb adj? Coil/plugs ok? It should be one or more of these . . . but it should start right up. Good Luck
I live here in San Diego I have a 2004 AIH Texas Chopper like yours I have a leak that comes from the primary I was told is coming from the back I am wondering if you know were to take to someone that specialized on this custom bike.

what tool (size) is needed to remove the drain plug? My hex wrenches seem a bit too loose or wont fit.

What about refilling it with oil? Didn't mention refilling oil. Some people forget to do it.
