    That Dr Adorable brand perilla oil comes in a plastic bottle. I’m bringing this up as Dr. Gundry stated before that we should be getting our olive oil in glass bottles, not plastic ones.

    Any oil mixed with coconut flour makes a tasty paste which is far more digestible due to it being emulsified (broken up) by the coconut flour, You can really feel the difference. Even MCT becomes way more digestible and can be used in larger quantity than without coconut flour. You can also add a bit of water to swallow it easier, just feel it out

      @@FamilyAubel yeah a bit, especially if you spiced it up like hummus' Once you see how it enhances fat/oil digestion you can get creative with it and there are p;enty of recipes out there

      @dennisward43 Місяць тому

      Great if you want it to go rancid quickly - as oil plant oils will do unless highly processed which ensure nutrients are destroyed and unnatural chemicals added..

    Bariani is a Great olive oil, I have done quite a bit of research on it as well as talked to the owner, they are very transparent with the pressing dates right on the front of the bottle. They are also local to me in sacramento and reasonably priced. As well they have an early harvest olive oil which is very high in polyphenols and quite bitter which is the sign of high poly content
