Did anybody else misread the GM node saying "after week 3" and think they were today too? Well, I did. So instead of the GM run, here's a master nightfall instead with the build I was planning to run.
Stasis is pretty fun this season, and you can get some crazy chains and bursts of damage on a setup like this. It can also be pretty mindless if you're at long range. The banes make it a little more annoying to deal with, particularly on the boss fight. The worm modifier is also pretty neat, allowing for high ability uptime which makes up for weaknesses in the build and lack of healing. Regardless, it's a pretty relaxed approach and gets the job done.

Now I'm gonna point out 2 things.
1)the Shadebinder super needs a buff!
2)Scout rifle needs a damaged buff ASAP!
Absolutely agree on both…super needs a buff in damage or added time duration or reworked another way.
Scouts just don’t feel good without big damage perk like All for One…even Kinetic Tremors isn’t that great on it anymore.
1) just use the aoe shatter if you have a turret and seekers aspect

@@celsonjunior9376 they might not need a damage buff but they need a buff to barrier shields or at least lightweights like tarnished mettle it take pretty much the whole clip to break it

@@hugomolinaOGhunter stasis super is no bad at all. with the right build you are practically invincible inside of it and do insane damage with things like conditional. warlock stasis super is alright, nowhere near as bad as people say it is. it does what it is supposed to do just fine.

This exotic has become one of my new favorites. It's actually cracked and can enable two different playstyles: ice nuke or ice fortress. Very fun.
Now thats how you use the rimecoat. I keep seeing people throwing their domain at themselves like i get it, domain expansion but you always throw your first turret at ur enemies before you throw at yourself

Years later, I'm happy Tarnished Mettle is a great workhorse gun.
I'm still a believer that Bungie should've let Wicked Implement get the Anti-Barrier buff, even if it would've meant that it could handle all three champs. That gun needs some more love if you ask me, and even if it's temporary, I'd love for it to have some time in the limelight.

Are you able to make a solid stasis build that doesn't rely on the turrets? I kind of feel like the turrets are a crutch for stasis warlocks, and it's getting rather tiresome. Every stasis build I've seen relies heavily on them to be viable.

Bungie y u no let anti barrier work with wicked implement. Its literally supposed to be the stasis season but all the stasis exotics except salvations grip are mid
W.I already can stun unstop and overload by itself. it would be the number one weapon to use and op.

is there a reason you stuck to using the arc scout rifle? i get the barrier champs, but wouldn't the stasis one have synergized better overall?
I think because the activity modifier that forces you to swap between light and dark damage the "starvation/hunger" debuff/buff

Right so you just need a crafted, double enhanced, double damage perk Scout from a while back with another Exotic scout from the past/Tower Kiosk with catalyst, a crafted, double enhanced, double damage perk Raid Lmg & the new Bleak Exotic with the lowest drop rate ever before doing this. 😉
I find the stasis build fun but there are more solid builds. Make a video with your ultimate build. Not the everyone thinks this is god roll and meta build but "your" ultimate build.

Which basically kills witch arc = ability regen.

how come wicked implement doesn't have anti-barrier with the seasonal artifact? i though it was barrier scout? does it have a built in champion stun already?
Yeah. Because wicked implement can slow enemies, Bungie counts it as having anti-overload. Due to that, it can't have any anti-champion scout perks from the seasonal artifact applied to it
Bungie announced it was intentional. They said it would have been too OP

Because it can already stun overload and unstoppable without mods and a weapon can only stun 2/3 champions. There’s never been a weapon that can stun all 3.

Wicked implement finally getting a chance to shine and not being able to stun barrier but polaris was and still is allowed to dominate while double stunning for months is so sad
Tbf, Polaris can only stun unstops by itself, wicked implement can stun overloads and unstoppable, without any artifact so if they gave it barrier, it would be able to stun all 3
@@-Icee-ya but the artifact perk in the solar season gave radiant from solar precision hits effectively making it anti barrier and unstop all season. People were just hoping this one would have similar potency in the season of stasis. I get both sides. People are just complaining because enti barrier pulse rifle with outbreak made barriers a non issue last season and now people have to have a plan for them. I bet the next couple acts will add another champion mod and things will be easier.
@michaelferrarini1463 Polaris couldn't stun overloads. Wicked implement would be able to stun all 3 with barrier scout. It's not hard to understand
polaris can do unstop and barrier, wicked and freeze and slow.
@@michaelferrarini1463that was last season. critical anomaly stunned all 3 but it’s a raid sniper with a specific roll and barrier came from the artifact. you can’t triple dip exotics inherently.

Scout rifles need help, give him a hand cannon and he would have beaten it in half the time, I guess scout rifle give you the safety of distance from enemies.

now regular nightfall weapons need gm adept cipher. i love how they push players away, now fixed drops in dungeons so you will never get godroll. like bungo didnt steal xp, glimmer, dust for ages. mark my words this is last year of destiny under bungo, if soyny has still some balls in commiefornia they will fire 850 of that trash and hire high moon studio like forsaken or netease that makes destiny mobile. bungo even hired again that shit dmg04
