One thing I’m very bewildered about is the absence of post-match chat. They have death chat, meat shield chat, but not after a match has concluded. You can’t hear the enemy team, only friendly. This will get dull/stale quickly
Oh yeah I agree, I remember seeing how many lvls each weapon had and thought “how is this preferable to the way MW was”. It’s such a chore to grind a single gun for so long, I don’t like it.
PLEASE can someone in the loop ask the Devs to return the option of WEAPON INSPECT in the firing range. Such a ridiculous thing to remove. Especially when Semi fire mode is now useless.
Are we sure that your player model's view matches your first person leaning view though? In your position your view does shift, but if the 3rd person model doesnt shift there has to be some compensation somehow
in relation to the aim assist feeling weaker than the standard experience: it seems as if though its been balanced out by deterministic recoil patterns from what i was personally testing in the firing range. it seems that its no longer a recoil "trend" like we've seen in previous games with a vague "up and to the right" with multitudes of variance and bloom but an actual repeating pattern that can be learned and therefore mastered meaning AA is needed less as well
It's strange, when the beta happened, it felt faster, or maybe it's like a weird placebo effect happening in my head, cause I swear the game feels a lot more slower than what was available in the beta. Hopefully, I'm not alone in saying that.
I was hoping they would lower the satellite cover in Scud just a smidge, enough for maybe the torso to be exposed but hopefully it feels better once I get to play. New Zealand was too crowded for me to go lol
The corner slicing in 3rd person is surprising. It's so weird the character doesn't do what it shows you're doing. I mean... it's good for consistency, but it's still weird. Good research!
Until they change that it seems like the guy your challenging will see you first when you are slicing the corner as on your screen you will still see the wall until your camera is fully ariund the corner. So i can easily see people being confused thinking they died to a wall hacker or something when your body sticks out so much around the corner before you even have a chance to spot anyone before they spot you.
I still don't like rotational aim assist, but the fact that it has been weakened is a positive. Curious to see how the game sounds now on my PC with my EQ settings, but we'll see how this game feels. Gonna try through game pass instead of buying outright.

I’m in Australia and we played it 2 hours after New Zealand, I stil had stutters, horrible connection issues. I have super fast fibre internet with 21 ping but I still run into issues.
I’m currently playing this game and it is awful. Slow ttk but you die in like 2 bullets. Spawns might be the worst I’ve ever seen. New movement system is horrible. This feels worse than the beta did. I liked that but this feels terrible
@@Chrissy717 not trolling. I get melted in this game but takes over two thirds of a magazine with the xm4 for me to get a kill with headshot hits. Was like this in the beta. The spawns are even worse than in the beta. I really enjoyed the beta but this is absolutely awful

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. I have a feeling that, even though your character doesn't seem to lean in 3rd person, you still can see your target sooner without having to peek out as far with corner slicing turned on. Would have loved to see how far out he had to peek in order to see his target with and without it to compare.
That doesn't seem like the correct way to test the "lean" mechanic. It's entirely possible less of your body is exposed to get the same sight picture as with it off. You'd need to test against the same sight picture, not just the lack of animation. It's likely they move the point of view to the side of the character model
Wish there was slider for aim assist and aim acceleration. You can't adjust it to what you like, you either have aim assist on or off, or 3 settings for aim acceleration
I do miss the Emergency Airdrop kill/scorestreak (the original 4 care packages one). It's strange they did not include it in Black Ops 6. Hopefully it comes with a future patch!

Ace, did you see TrueGameData's video on the sniper sway today? You can negate it with the Target Laser. He says they did it on purpose, so you'd have to use an attachment to counter the sway. Thoughts?

I think that they should blacklist ds4 windows in general - So either the game doesn’t open when ds4 windows is open, or having ds4 windows open will result in a permanent ban.

AA is all about tracking, not recoil. Inhuman tracking of left/right strafes is what makes AA powerful in cod and outright OP in Apex

they added back aim assist response curve option (dynamic & linear), not sure why thought they were removing these
Aim response courves were there in beta, but aim assist types (default, precision, focusing and black ops) were removed
