    I love how real your cooking videos are. You just make easy normal tasty meals, for normal people, with normal budgets, with normal schedules. I hate pretentious cooking shows. This is the type of food a lot of people will eat on a regular day, not the fancy 300 ingredient recipes you find in books. Thanks for showing everyone how affordable and easy it is to be vegan Joey :D

    • @Shaggy-lu6dz

      CoIntelPro PsyOpAgent thats not true though. Im on a whole foods plant based diet at this point. Vegan junk food is a once every 3 to 6 month thing with me. Im not pulling my hair out or going crazy im simply eatting plant foods and spices and staying fit and active. Its actually really easy.

    All the troll comments are hilarious! I haven't eaten meat or fish since I was a small child, dairy made me ill, and eggs have always tasted and smelled like fart to me so never liked them, I've been vegan for almost 4 years, I'm alive, fitter than on the cow juice, in great health, and no deficiencies here. There really isn't any need to cause suffering to another for taste, getting your nutrients through meat is equivalent to filtering your oxygen through a cigarette. It is insane to continue to destroy everything with harmful choices.

    the majority of the population has a dairy and wheat intolerance, animals eat animals, our ancestors bodies evolved to eat animals, our teeth are the way they are to eat animals, thousands of people are curing their lifelong mental and physical health problems with the carnivore diet, so many vegans with sensitive bodies are developing health problems, humans are supposed to hunt animals but it's just our population that's out of control, human health has declined massively since the agriculture boom, vegans have to mimic meat because that's what their body really needs, there are crucial vitamins your body needs that only comes from meat and that's why vegans have to fill their bodies with supplements and carnivores are healthy and happy as they are, meat eaters don't have health problems just because they eat meat- you need to look at what else they were eating alongside that and how they were cooking it, the agriculture farming has poisoned our land and rivers, the problem is that we need more animals and less humans on this planet, because the ratio of human to animal is what's the unnatural thing here, if the vegans are committing health suicide then i guess there's more meat to go around for us paleo, keto and carnivore enthusiasts who are happy and healthy, don't wait until your body is so damaged that signs only just begin to show 10 years down the line when it's too late

      Katie Smith , would you be making the same "2 wrongs make a right" argument if the victims were Jews in Nazi Germany and caring people sought to expose that situation, or any situation in which the victims were innocent humans being exploited and killed because someone else had power over them? If you answer yes, then there's a term for that....it's called specieisism.
      Incidentally, there's mountains of evidence which demonstrates that eating meat isn't necessarily unhealthy. So the argument that we should be eating what's "healthy" doesn't necessarily exclude animal products. Of course, eating large amounts of fatty fried pork chops isn't healthy, but so too is eating large volumes of fatty fried potato chips.
      On the other hand, there's no way to avoid killing an entire animal for merely a mouthful of flesh, and concurrently, there's no biological requirement in the human body for animal products. So we know that for that person who is eating that mouthful of flesh because he likes to (and not because he would starve to death if he didn't), an entire innocent, sentient individual had to be intentionally and needlessly killed. I don't see how that can be morally justified.
      Just sayin'.

      BARBECUED BRAINS most vegans didnt stop eating animal products because they stopped enjoying the taste is because of the unnecessary cruelty to animals. The reason why we mimic foods we used to eat that contained animal products its because its so easy to keep eatting what you enjoy without causing harm to animals.

    • @ia3739
      @ia3739 6 років тому

      @Ahmad Deni Abortion is a very different topic. Human babies arent sentient up to a certain point. After that it would then be wrong to kill them. Abortion is also the choice of the pregnant female in most cases, so the opinion of vegans isnt gonna change the outcome if the women wants an abortion. Also just because someone has an abortion that doesnt give you the right to pay someone else to mercilessly kill other being. One wrong doing does not justify another.

    • @ia3739
      @ia3739 6 років тому +1

      @Ahmad Deni the pregant woman has the choice. Is that too hard for you to comprehend? If the life or health of the pregant woman is at risk she has the choice to abort. If the baby will be born with a severe illness that will stop them from developing properly she has the choice to abort. Is her choice since is her body and her baby. Where is your justification in forcing innocent animals in the disgusting conditions of factory farming? Where is your justification in taking their life away for your taste buds? you hypocrit. Saying that killing beings that arent sentient isnt okay but forcing other beings that are fully aware into misery is perfectly fine because you think you special.

    • @ia3739
      @ia3739 6 років тому +1

    Mmmmm Lovely! I usually use lentils and finely chopped mushrooms but will try the soy crumbles! Also usually serve with supermarket value garlic bread! Usually around 30p and vegan!!
