Good show. Even though I live nearby, I learned more about my neighboring town.

Prior to 2016 it was difficult to drive through downtown at times, the new bridge down by bayport fixed that

This makes me even more excited to visit Stillwater. My and the family are traveling from FL to MN and staying there for a few days! Awesome video!

You’ll love it! Such an amazing summer town. I suggest the freight house for dinner on the patio overlooking the river and main cafe for amazing breakfast. Enjoy!!!

    Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa...
At 01:05, someone mislabeled the Mississippi River as the St.Croix River. The St.Croix River ends right where the S (of St.Croix) is. It then flows into the Mississippi River just south of the town of Prescot, WI.

Hey! You featured my hometown! This is where I grew up and I actually went to Mahtomedi HS, not Stillwater itself. This was a fantastic place to grow up, everyone loves downtown Stillwater. It’s such a cozy place to be. Me and my parents still are down there often and we love grabbing breakfast at the main cafe on the main drag downtown. The river is awesome and summer is nuts down here. The river is filled with boaters and right across the river is Hudson, Wisconsin, which is like a mirrored town just on the opposite side. It has the river and beaches also, pretty little downtown to. I highly encourage a summer visit to Stillwater! Shopping , food, good people. Can’t go wrong! Blessed to be from here! The haircut guy .. I can relate! Also an Iraq veteran and we all know there was ALWAYS a haircut guy in every unit, bct company or wherever you were 😂 always someone who did haircuts as a side hustle. I still remember guys that did mine at basic training and then AIT. Got mine in the civilian world once I got to my unit and after my deployment but I totally get what he’s saying.

This bridge isn't that uncommon. Louisiana has a bunch of them.
