No joke on those priming mechs being super soft. I have a couple stock ones that gave out after too much slam firing :( Really liked the tip about the dry silicone. I'll definitely go pick some up!
Thanks for this one Chris! I've just introduced my girlfriend to the hobby. Was going to show her myself but I don't have the patience. Will be sending this her way!
@@projectnerf7920 thank you! I'm only modding my disruptor so glad I don't need to break it lol. Quick follow up, would only removing the AR increase the power? Like if I didn't upgrade the spring.
I like to use Super Lube myself, but that is a long running debate among the Nerf community. I only can say that it has always worked out just fine for me.
One of my favs! I have… many Disrupters ha. Will watch this after work!
Thanks Chris! I have 2 disruptors ,definitely gonna mod one...& thanks for the pro mod tip on lubrication of the cylinders...awesome tutorial, Bro !!!
Thanks so much my friend!
Your welcome Chris, the disruptor is one of my favorite pistols to use ! I check every day to see if you have a new video .
What kind of spring was used when modifying the gun and can it be bought?

Hope this becomes a new series! Great video!
Have done a few of these Game day mod videos. The others are on the hammer shot and the stryfe. Check them out, my friend, thanks.
I absolutely love what you've been doing with the channel lately! Keep up the great work!
Thank you very much my friend, I’ll keep at it.

Sweet, can’t wait to hear how it goes!
Where can I buy the spring?
It’s the dart that opens the AR not the post. I never remove it from strings or disrupters
Cant wait to do this with my repaint Disrupters.
Thanks for the video... I was always under the impression that removing the AR in those decreased the performance.
Amazing video Chris, looking forward to the next one!
Thank you so much my friend!
Is that all you need to do to remove the AR? Another video showed having to break it off
Yea it's super simple in these blasters! Now that said , there are several others that you do in fact have to break the AR out of.

What do you lubricate the ring with?

Is it possible to use a screw as the priming mech
It should be possible, I have also considered a through rod, kinda like a long shot.
@@projectnerf7920 maybe its possibe to use the pin from the stryfe jam door
You may lose slam fire
Me now all I have is slam fire
What happens if you dry fire it after being modified
Could break the plunger and maybe the o ring as well
Nice and easy mod, I gotta try it on mine!
Greased cylinder makes darts greasy too. Very gross.
That’s why we use a silicone dry lubricant, doesn’t really gum up the darts.
