You are a very thorough instructor. Thank you for teaching safe methods. My mother taught me how to can in the 60’s and she followed USDA back then. Love it! She didn’t follow all her aunts old recipes from the 40’s. I love Canuary

Prior to 2020 I had a small collection of canning projects I did every year. With time on my hands I turned to UA-cam for entertainment and inspiration. That's how I stumbled upon Sutton's Daze. Leisa taught me how to can mushrooms and I've put up a flat of mushrooms every year since. It looks like I'm going to have to start doing marinated mushrooms too. Thanks for the inspiration.

I love that this is a water bath recipe for the mushrooms. And using the cooking water and mushroom bits for a soup stock is a bonus!
