It was lovely to be able to say hello to you Sunday, unfortunately I missed Mr Grumpy. What a wonderful show Chatham was! Brief Encounter is a wondeful and unusual layout. Thanks for all the videos, regards Broderick.

Another `cracking report` sad to hear GCM does not seem to improve, but one always has some sort of a cross to bear. Chatham a location I once visited in 1973, sadly at that time the Historic Dock yard was yet to come. I was visiting The Isle of Grain aboard the SS Britsh Lancer of 50,000 tons, Take care.
The Chatham Show was brilliant as I went myself on the Sunday and it was great to meet you again Dawn and finally got to meet Grumpy Cameraman, brilliant update and one thing I forgot to mention in person is to wish you good luck for the Sevenoaks Model Railway show this weekend. See you tomorrow for the Wednesday Express

Fen end is marvellous. I've seen it in "real life", but I can't recall where... Trinity Dock St Bridge is awesome too.

I noticed the Morris Minors cars. Back in the late 1950's- mid 1960's they exported them to the USA. One of my uncles purchased a new one in the early 1960's. At first I thought it was a VW bug. Bill and Janet from California
They are lovely little cars, aren't they - and yes, easy to confuse with the VW bugs... until you know! ;-) How is lovely California?
@modelrailwayquest This week it has cooled to about 35°C. This weekend and next week it will be around 40°C. Nearby have been some terrible wild fires. Being about 100 miles east of San Francisco it gets hotter here then over there.
Great video. Glad to hear that the show is back in the dockyard. I have been to the dockyard in the past to see the show back in 2003 and 2009. I hope to see you and Brief Encounter (and Grumpy) next weekend at Sevenoaks. How do you hope to cover the Peterborough show when you don't stop there?

Where in the world: Bressingham? They do have some very weird and wonderful exhibits there from all over the world.
Dudemaster here! Great video Dawn especially the music which sets it off well. However I would love to see more of the layouts, especially that Northolt Quay. Could you produce a longer version as well or would that mean you would have to pay Grumpy more money.?
Hi there Dudemaster - we usually produce a full length 15-20 minute show video after each show, but as this week is extremely busy in the run up to our own show on Sunday, we've had to just keep this one as a weekly update highlights version. Not through choice - would have loved to feature all the amazing layouts in full, but just can't do it this week. Northolt Quay is a fantastic layout, I agree. They all were really exceptional.
