The cup might go deeper inside if it’s not the right size, but rest assured it won’t remain there for a lifetime or simply disappear!!! 💯🙌🏻

Thats why i use sanitary pads instead of tampons and menstrual cups 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Sanitary pads are not the best options for so many people for a number of reasons.
1. Pads cause rashes because of the bleach and harsh chemicals used in them. Cups are made of medical grade silicone thus do not cause infection, smell or rashes.
2. Pads are expensive. You need a minimum of 10-15 pads per period. Which adds up the price over long term.
3. Some people have the problem of leakage no matter the size of pads they use and thus they cannot do sports like swimming, running etc. cups solve that problem.
4. Pads are non biodegradable thus they're bad for the environment. Cups can be used for at least 5 years. Thus they produce less waste
Do you take out the inside of your pad and flush it in the washroom after used? Then wash the outer cover and throw. If you are doing that then pad is better as per your choice.
Rule1 use sanitary pads
Rule2 follow rule1 ✔️

Pad in summer is worst. The pressure thing is not needed, the cup will go out as you try to poop. I liked sirona cup more than wow. For me during period my base down their gets short so I can only fit smallest cup and it fill so fast and I frequently have to change and that hurts my V I started using period panty it is far best .

Any one explain me what is menstrual cups???
Hey, A menstrual cup is a type of reusable feminine hygiene product that works as an excellent storehouse for menstrual liquids. It is a period cup that is a small, flexible-funnel-shaped cup made up of silicone or rubber that you insert into your vagina and collect the period liquid. These menstrual cups are an excellent alternative to traditional pads for collecting the period liquid. Period cups can hold more blood than other alternative products leading women to choose them as an eco-friendly alternative to tampons.
