Honestly i know how you feel about the weight gain and after your journey it makes sense you wanna lose the weight back, but taking a break seems like the best idea, so dont feel like you have failed anyone or yourself. Ill be glad to see your future journey no matter which way it goes, so dont give up ❤️❤️❤️ so glad youre back!

Girlie im so proud of how far youve come, how much your channel has grown, and how persistent you remained. Keep going ❤ also if you like cinnamon you can try apple pie style oatmeal, and i recommend cooking the apples in advance so theyre soft and sugary~

so glad you posted a new video! i was wondering how you were doing. i know how you're feeling rn, ive been through it as well. a very useful tip ive been following to help myself not to eat too many calories is to use substitutes with lower calories or that are just healthier in general. like instead of regular pasta id use whole pasta. anyway hope you're doing a bit better now

Hello! I really like your channel because your house always looks very pretty and the food also looks very yummy! (Also ur cats are adorable)
Personally I think its important to eat protein regardless on whether we want to lose weight or not!
I dont eat meat (tho I do eat fish) so If u want protein sources I highly suggest chickpeas! There are many ways to cook them too!
One thing that is very important is also staying hydrated (coffee doesnt count haha). If you have a problem drinking at least 2L of water everyday I suggest putting cucumber or lemon in ur water bottle or eating more soups! (Soups are also filling and packed with nutrients)

lad to see you're back! don't worry too much about not meeting your goals or 'failing' others, fluxuating weight is just part of being a human sometimes and is totally normal. you'll reach your goals eventually! sidenote, you have great taste in glassware

I feel you I gained around 7kg after stressful months now I tried to bounce back but I can’t eat healthy my sweet tooth is crazy so I’m doing omad now while eating whatever I want and exercise daily 😅
Do you ever go shopping ? Grocery , church, park etc...anywhere?
I suggest only eating bananas when they are spotty/ripe. xx

I have heard that adding vegetables is essential to every meal and that it also helps with weight loss I don't know if this is true. Can you add it to meals?
Yes, adding vegetables helps you feel fuller and get more nutrients! You can also eat more food for less calories, which is great for weight loss. I am definitely trying to do this!

Omg scraping that silver platter made my skin crawl and You sure do eat ALOT of bread/carbs
I apologize! I have been thinking about getting rid of that plate too 😂 and yes, I really love carbs, especially bread and pasta, and have trouble eating enough protein. I am still trying to change but it is so difficult!
